GEORGE FLOYD PARDON PANIC: DEREK CHAUVIN to be DEPOSED as a FEDERAL WITNESS?

The panic in Minnesota by Governor Tim Walz regarding the potential federal pardon of Derek Chauvin by President Donald Trump in the George Floyd murder case in Minnesota is connected to the possibility that Chauvin, who was convicted in both State and Federal court, could be deposed as a federal witness – against conspirators that staged the event.
President Donald Trump’s victory in the 2024 election saw major changes in the landscape of government including the appointment of Kash Patel as the director of the FBI, as well as former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi being named United States Attorney General.
While Minnesota Governor Tim Walz openly admits that President Trump has made it clear he has no immediate intentions of pardoning Chauvin – the news media in Minnesota is almost frantically reporting that Walz and law enforcement are preparing for the phantom federal pardon – as if such a pardon would constitute a public safety issue.
Any pardon by President Trump would only affect the federal conviction – not the State conviction.
Nonetheless – Minnesota is bracing for chaos.
The reason for the panic is because FBI Director Patel and AG Pam Bondi may be planning to interview Derek Chauvin in the federal prison in Arizona where he is serving his sentences concurrently.
Chauvin may have information that reveals the true facts and circumstances surrounding the GEORGE FLOYD MURDER and reveals the event was a hoax of sorts and part of a seditious conspiracy by Gov. Walz, Minnesota AG Keith Ellison, and others to overthrow the United States Government.
NEW FEDERAL RICO CASE IN MINNESOTA
FBI Director Kash Patel’s personal attorney, Steven Scott Biss, Virginia, is legally pursuing an FBI group that met in Washington DC in 2019 and conspired to launch “Operation Chaos” in Minnesota – even publishing a video meeting with agents of the FBI in Minnesota where William Kevin Murtaugh met for 4 hours to plan a murder in Marion County, Florida – the murder of Congressional Auditor Christopher Edward Hallett, CEO, E~Clause LLC (known as the first Elon Musk).
Here’s what we know about the Minnesota case.
Attorney Steven Scott Biss, Virginia, the attorney of FBI Director Kash Patel, Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino, former House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes, retired General Michael Flynn, CIA officer Robert David Steele, and War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth, has notified another Biss Law Office client, Randi Lynn Erickson, that he has secured a Minnesota attorney to file the RICO he authored for PLAINTIFF ERICKSON against Hillary Clinton’s bodyguard, DEFENDANT CRAIG RANDALL SAWYER, DEFENDANT VETERANS FOR CHILD RESCUE LLC, and others including a DEFENDANT that is in the United States under the DACA program – but is not an American citizen.
Attorney Biss personally notified Randi Lynn Erickson, a former administrative tribunal judge from Elk River, Minnesota, that he has secured a Minnesota attorney to file her RICO case in the U.S. Court – Minnesota.
