- The Defendants are working together in an extortion plot they devised to achieve a common goal between them of intimidating Plaintiff; discrediting Plaintiff; silencing Plaintiff; shutting down Plaintiff’s publications; kidnapping Plaintiff; murdering Plaintiff; and profiting from Plaintiff’s image, likeness, and journalism.
- To advance the objectives of the criminal enterprise, Defendant REDACTED uses Hollywood grade production equipment and film industry connections to film scenes for, what is commonly referred to as a “reality show”, to be released to the public at strategic times that will be advantageous to the goals of the criminal enterprise.
- Defendants are using Plaintiff’s image and likeness and investigative work-product in their reality show and profiting from Plaintiff’s image and likeness and work product, without Plaintiff’s consent, and without a contract with Plaintiff.
- Plaintiff “Timothy Charles Holmseth” and his escrow agent “Randi Lynn Erickson” have been secretly cast by members of the criminal enterprise, without their consent, and with no contract, to play the role of the ‘villains’ in the child exploitation and human trafficking based drama that should be called “hunting humans” wherein the films published on the Web feature Holmseth and Erickson who are [falsely] labeled “pedophiles” and “psychos” and “stalkers” who are on the run from the “law” as they are hunted by the “REDACTED”.
- The reality show(s) and documentaries star “REDACTED REDACTED REDACTED” who bills himself as the “REDACTED”. REDACTED is cast in his role as a former REDACTED and federal agent who is an active agent of law enforcement who is shown dramatically investigating and arresting pedophiles and human traffickers using his elite REDACTED teams (REDACTED) and (REDACTED)”.
- The organized criminal enterprise operated by Defendants is funded, financially nurtured, and continuously sustained through multiple streams of revenue, including donations from the public, and government funds from federal grant programs including Operation Stone Garden, which is administered by FEMA as part of a Department of Homeland Security program.
- In 2017, REDACTED AND REDACTED received $100,000.00 from Free Speech Systems LLC (a.k.a. Info Wars with Alex Jones). Alex Jones publicly stated on-air REDACTED that he (Jones) would be raising $10,000,000.00 (Ten Million Dollars) for REDACTED AND REDACTED.
- The funds REDACTED received from Free Speech Systems LLC were used to fund REDACTED. REDACTED contacted Plaintiff and warned Plaintiff that REDACTED teams were coming to take Plaintiff away against his will torture Plaintiff to death.
