There is a significant development in the sprawling indictments that have been weaponized against President Donald Trump.
The development involves retired General Michael Flynn, who is an un-indicted co-conspirator in the Georgia RICO case against President Donald J. Trump and others.
Flynn met with President Trump on December 18, 2020, along with Attorney Sidney Powell.
Flynn and Powell had been working with Attorney Lin Wood at his South Carolina plantation under the protection of former Navy SEALS, which was serving as a command post and fusion center to strategize and war game events to come in Washington DC.

U.S. Court records from the Eastern District of Tennessee – 2:23-cv-00011 – reveal War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth filed a document entitled, “PLAINTIFF’S AFFIDVAIT OF TRUTH REGARDING VIOLATIONS OF THE ESPIONAGE ACT”.
The case, which summarizes a diabolical conspiracy to kidnap Holmseth by STATE OF OHIO and Ohio Govenor Mike DeWine, involved a much larger plot against President Donald J. Trump.
The case reveals a gaggle of attorneys from multiple states, including high-profile Virginia attorney Steven Scott Biss, and Biss’ clients, retired General Michael Flynn, and possibly TRUTH SOCIAL CEO Devin Nunes, were collecting international ‘child trafficking by the FBI’ evidence from Timothy Holmseth (also a Biss client), and ABOVE TOP SECRET military intelligence from former Truth and Taxation judge Randi Lynn Erickson (Biss client) through Biss, under the guise of Attorney Client Privilege.
Evidence indicates Biss was using his law office to harvest intelligence in BAD FAITH.
Attorney Biss drafted a RICO complaint for his client Erickson, against a Defendant who is associated with Gen. Michael Flynn and Attorney Lin Wood. The Complaint contained an eyewitness account from Jessie Marie Czebotar that alleged the Defendant chained children to a floor, whereupon the children, who were being savagely raped by mouth by Hillary Clinton’s bodyguard goons, were scalded with boiling water to raise their adrenochrome, whereupon Hillary Clinton ate a little girl’s pineal gland.
Biss contacted Erickson and told her the RICO was ready to file in Minnesota. When Erickson asked Biss the name of the attorney he was working with in Minnesota, Biss would not answer.
Biss subsequently filed a lawsuit against Lin Wood on behalf a man named John Sabal, and now, Biss appears to have simply vanished. Biss’ wife has announced her husband had a “stroke” and is a vegetable.
The Holmseth affidavit said in part:

During the times Biss was representing Erickson, she (Erickson) was gathering actionable intelligence regarding international crimes against humanity and turning it over to the United States Military via David Lester Straight, who was her liaison to First Lady Melania Trump and Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC).
Erickson was also turning evidence into JSOC personally through her own private communication channels.
Erickson turned over evidence and intelligence to the United States Department of Defense headquarters (Pentagon), United States Army at Fort Campbell, Tennessee-Kentucky, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Naval Base Coronado, California, FBI, Office of the Texas Governor, Christopher Edward Hallett, E~Clause LLC, Kirk Lee Pendergrass, E~Clause LLC, and others.
Under what appears to be the guise of a civil RICO action, Biss requested Erickson turn over evidence she possessed comprised of investigative journalist work product and websites of Timothy Charles Holmseth, affidavits from Jessie Marie Czebotar containing her detailed eyewitness accounts of torture, rape, murder, and cannibalism she eye witnessed being committed by U.S. Presidents and world leaders, as well as details of Top Secret military operations that took place at various locations including inside U.S. Military installations (e.g., Area 51).

Plaintiff subsequently contacted President Donald J. Trump via his attorney, and advised Trump that Attorney Biss was representing Trump’s CEO of Truth Social, Devin Nunes. Plaintiff alerted Trump that Biss told Erickson to advise Plaintiff to stop writing about “Michael Flynn” and that Biss was the lawyer for the Flynn family.
Plaintiff observed that although Biss possessed evidence that retired U.S. Army General Michael Flynn was named in a series of communications sent to both Plaintiff and Erickson by REDACTED, that contained threats of kidnap, rape, torture, forced beastiality porn to be committed and filmed at Fort Campbell, and death threats, Biss showed no concern regarding conflict of interest.
Plaintiff believes evidence suggests Steven Scott Biss is harvesting intelligence and may be transferring the intelligence to a Foreign Power.

Timothy Charles Holmseth announced on TRUTH SOCIAL he was looking into a situation involving access to behind-the-scenes meetings sold by David Nino Rodriquez on NINOSCORNER.TV for $799.99 as package called “The General’s Tent”.
Holmseth began probing the Rodriquez money-transfer system after crimes against humanity and cannibalism witness Jessie Marie Czebotar appeared on Rodriquez’s platform – which was pay-per-view only. Holmseth is now reporting Czebotar has stated she did not know about “The General’s Tent” where Rodriquez uses his platform to bring people together in Zoom meetings to discuss intelligence and information that is not otherwise being reported by the mainstream news.
Holmseth is examining evidence that indicates “The General” referenced by “The General’s Tent” may be General Michael Flynn.
