Minnesota prosecution may lead RICO investigators back to Sheriff Scott Israel’s nest

News stations across the nation are reporting Florida Governor Ron DeSantis plans to suspend Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel regarding his response to the Parkland School shooting.

However…

The repeated arrests of a investigative journalists from East Grand Forks, Minnesota reveals there is much more going on behind the scenes in Israel’s embattled county – and it’s happening in a Minnesota courtroom.

Prosecution Discovery documents from State of Minnesota vs. Timothy Charles Holmseth shows Scott Israel’s name being dropped to the police in East Grand Forks in support of a prosecution against Holmseth.

But…

There is another name that is now garnering even more attention.

‘KAPLAN’

Yesterday, the Miami Herald reported Sheriff Israel told his staff he is being suspended regarding his response to the Parkland School shooting.

“Stuart N. Kaplan, one of Israel’s lawyers, said Israel was working at his office at the public safety building in Fort Lauderdale,” the Miami Herald reported.

While most might quickly focus on words such as ‘Parkland School’ or ‘Sheriff Israel’ – others zoomed directly onto the name of the Israel’s lawyer.

BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA and POLK COUNTY, MINNESOTA CONSPIRED TO CONCEAL CIA CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING, KIDDY PORN AND BABY SALES OPERATION

The situation with Sheriff Israel has cast a white hot spotlight on Polk County, Minnesota where a local attorney and prosecutor, Ronald Galstad, has repeatedly ordered the arrest of a local investigative journalist. Timothy Charles Holmseth, an award winning news reporter, has been arrested three times since 2011 by the police in East Grand Forks based upon a Broward County domestic violence court order signed by Judge Michael G. Kaplan in 2011.

This writer does not know the relationship between Sheriff Israel’s attorney Stuart Kaplan and Judge Michael G. Kaplan – but there is smoke everywhere. And – actions taken by Judge Michael Kaplan are such an obnoxious judicial travesty that it may lead RICO investigators back to Scott Israel’s nest.

Here’s why.

Timothy Holmseth, 50, East Grand Forks, became an FBI witness in a child kidnapping case in Florida after he telephonically interviewed key figures in the HaLeigh Cummings investigation in 2009. Many of the judicial professionals Holmseth interviewed were from Broward County.

Holmseth captured rogue (self described) CIA and FBI operatives on tape discussing child trafficking, child porn, and baby sales.

Holmseth was mailed covert recordings by a Broward County bail bondsman named William E. Staubs (a.k.a. Cobra) that captured CIA operatives discussing their operations. The recordings are a trove of evidence that capture black operators impersonating law enforcement and discussing plans to murder witnesses.

But that’s only the tip of the iceberg.

Holmseth recorded a Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) social worker as she discussed naked pictures of five year-old HaLeigh Cummings over the telephone from her home with Staubs. The photos were never turned over to law enforcement but passed through the hands of CIA operatives and law office personnel from South Florida.

Police reports and court records in Poll County, Minnesota show persons that physically held the secret child porn have been in regular contact with police in East Grand Forks and their city’s attorney, Ronald Galstad.

Galstad contracts to do prosecutions for the City of EGF out of his personal office at Galstad, Jensen, and McCann. Why he is still employed by the City of EGF is not entirely known. Galstad’s already horrible reputation was further tainted when documents regarding a government loan from 1999 vanished on his watch, and a half-million dollars almost disappeared forever in massive scandal known as Boardwalk Enterprises that cost the City $70,000 in legal fees. Galstad was temporarily replaced by another attorney, but he somehow ended up the City’s attorney again. Insiders within the City government now reportedly fear a torrent of unseen activity in East Grand Forks may subject the City to Executive Order’s issued by President Donald Trump.

Galstad’s secret knowledge of the HaLeigh Cummings kiddy porn is extensively detailed in a MOTION TO DISQUALIFY him (Galstad) filed by Holmseth in case number 60-CR-18-343 et al. – which is pending in Polk County, Minnesota.

Donald Knop, a legal assistant, told Holmseth during a recorded interview in 2009, he was instructed by a superior to make copies of the naked picture of the little girl. Holmseth’s MOTION TO DISQUALIFY shows how Galstad and several police officers had been in extended regular secret communications with persons that possessed the porn.   Secret email also reveal the police department was conspiring with CNN Art Harris in secret private Gmail to stop Holmseth from assisting the FBI.

However…

Judge Michael Kaplan, along with a team of operatives staging out of Florida, Indiana, and Minnesota made sure Holmseth couldn’t publish the content.

In fact – Judge Kaplan issued an order that affects Holmseth’s ability to use names in this very article under threat of arrest.

In 2011, Michael Kaplan, a judge in the domestic violence division of the Broward County courts, issued a catch-all sweeping order against Holmseth that completely ignored Holmseth’s right to Due Process, First Amendment, and Second Amendment.

Holmseth is a Minnesota resident who had never been to Florida and had no relationships in the State. Judge Kaplan’s court had no personal jurisdiction over Holmseth. ‘There is no way you talking to someone to on the phone and publishing it on the Web gives rise to Florida having Personal Jurisdiction over you,” said Holmseth’s trial attorney Steven S. Biss.

Deep State connections between Broward County, Florida and Polk County, Minnesota assured Judge Kaplan’s order would be enforced – and never be challenged by a Minnesota public defender.

Kaplan’s court order required Holmseth to retroactively remove legally acquired content, which had already been legally published on Holmseth’s website. It ordered Holmseth to never again mention specific names. It ordered he not even make an “indirect reference” to certain persons using “electronic communications”. It further ordered Holmseth turn over all his guns and permits over to Broward County Sherriff’s Office.

It was a cover up of organized crime.

The Broward court order has been so religiously enforced over the past ten years by the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota that the police have gone to Holmseth’s home after midnight to arrest him on several occasions because of something he allegedly wrote on Twitter or You Tube.

Holmseth has the goods on everybody.

2018 BROWARD COUNTY ELECTION TAMPERING

Shortly after the 2018 mid-terms, Holmseth turned over vital evidence to the Office of the Inspector General in Florida regarding specific persons that illegally tampered and meddled with ballots during the 2018 Broward election.

Holmseth was arrested by police in Minnesota in 2018 after he allegedly wrote something on Twitter regarding the MAGA bomber (Holmseth knows who is behind it) and Broward County.

PARKLAND SCHOOL SHOOTING

Holmseth has information about figures involved in the Parkland School shooting.

In 2017, Honorable Tamara Yon,  9th Minnesota District, Polk County Court, Granted a MOTION TO VACATE prior orders based upon new evidence. “Mr. Holmseth has presented a significant amount of evidence regarding his investigations. Both parties and this court acknowledge and agree that any order in this case that may prohibit or restrict Mr. Holmseth from conducting said investigations are VACATED,” Yon ordered.

The nature of the evidence Holmseth turned over is contained in a MOTION he filed asking for time.

In August of 2018 Galstad attempted to stop Holmseth from assisting in his own defense by claiming Holmseth is mentally incompetent and requesting Holmseth submit to a psychological evaluation. On September 24, 2018 Dr. Charles Chmielewski PhD., L.P., a court selected psychologist reported Holmseth is completely competent.
