On December 23, 2023, Jessie Marie Czebotar submitted a Petition to Rep. Jim Jordan and U.S. Congress regarding Casper, Wyoming. “I want to ensure that no more children are trafficked through Casper, Wyoming and surrounding Wyoming; this includes through the school systems,” Czebotar said.
Jessie Marie Czebotar is listed as a witness in a RICO Complaint drafted by Attorney Steven Scott Biss, Virginia. The Complaint provides details of a rape, torture, murder, and cannibalism event that Czebotar eye-witnessed being committed by Hillary Rodham Clinton and members of her military protectorate. Czebotar testifies that as a child being trained in a Satanic cult in conjunction with the U.S. Military, she was regularly taken out of school for “training” – but was marked present by the school to hide her absence.
TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS possesses a copy of the Biss Law Office RICO Complaint, which was prepared for Biss’ client, former Administrative Tribunal judge Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota. One of the Defendants named in the Complaint is the spokesman for City of Millersville, Tennessee Police Department’s “Operation Clean Sweep”. Czebotar states in her sworn affidavit that she has observed a man (the Millersville Spokesman) with Hillary Clinton and testifies to what she observed him do.
Attorney Biss is the attorney of retired General Michael Flynn and the Flynn family, U.S. National Security official to Director of National Intelligence, as well as Senior Aide to Congressman Devin Nunes, Kash Patel, former CIA Robert David Steele, former U.S. Secret Service Dan Bongino, former House Intelligence Committee Chair Congressman Devin Nunes (now CEO of Truth Social), former Minnesota Administrative Tribunal Judge Randi Lynn Erickson, and War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth.
On January 4, 2021, Attorney Lin Wood launched a Tweet storm with a Tweet to President Donald J. Trump wherein Wood requested Trump and the world read an attached MEMO authored by Timothy Charles Holmseth that was sent to AG Jeff Sessions that warned Trump about VP Mike Pence and an international black-market baby sales operation through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC being run by the FBI and judicial community. After Wood posted the Holmseth Memo, he received an angry reply from a man who expressed his dismay that Wood published Holmseth’s MEMO. The man that tweeted Wood has been identified as the Arizona man who is now the spokesman for City of Millersville, Tennessee Police Department’s “Operation Clean Sweep”.

On June 4, 2024, Phil Williams, News 5 Nashville reported, “Millersville commissioners stand with assistant police chief – and his Covenant School conspiracies“.
The local government news piece by Williams is about the ongoing issues in Millersville, Tennessee, where the city’s assistant chief of police Shawn Taylor has created quite a stir with what the City Police Department calls “Operation Clean Sweep”.
Operation Clean Sweep is a somewhat mysterious, multi-faceted operation, comprised of a partnership between City of Millersville, and an Arizona-based group that describes itself as “…a 5O1C3 nonprofit organization that was founded in April of 2017. Our team is comprised of military professionals, former and current law enforcement, senior intelligence community veterans, child abuse and trafficking survivors, and people who are willing to do whatever it takes to end child trafficking in the USA“.
The press release by the Arizona group categorically states the organization is a legitimate and official law enforcement function wherein it said, “Our team is comprised of … current law enforcement”.
War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth contacted the Millersville Chief of Police/City Manager Bryan Morris and inquired if the city had a Joint Powers Agreement and associated Bonding to the City’s so-called “Joint Operations” with the Arizona group.
Police Chief Morris did not reply.
As part of Operation Clean Sweep, City of Millersville and the Arizona-based group created and executed a ‘to catch a predator type’ web-based child sex predator sting conducted from a shed. The Millersville City spokesman for Operation Clean Sweep, the founder of the Arizona group, published a video press release that can be seen on their website.
The Millersville Police, through their Arizona spokesman, announced they had 70 “warrants” that are being processed and “arrests” are imminent. However, after TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS reported on the story, Taylor subsequently admitted City of Millersville does not have jurisdiction beyond their city. Taylor in-as-much admitted they did not really have “warrants” per say, but rather they possessed sexually charged chat logs they would present to a judge as Probable Cause in hopes of a judge signing a warrant and/or subpoena.

Phil Williams, News 5, has dubbed Assistant Chief Taylor the “Conspiracy Cop”. The recent meeting in Millersville that Williams covered contained a request by council members that Taylor apologize for public statements he made about the Covenant School shooting that occurred in Nashville in March 2023. Taylor has expressed he thinks the shooting was not real, but rather, was a training operation.

Reporter Phil Williams has dedicated a great deal of time to the subject of school shootings – including the Sandy Hook school shooting which did not even happen in Tennessee.
On May 28, 2024, News 5 reported, “‘It’s indecent!’ Friend of Covenant victim on conspiracy cop’s fabrications about school shooting – – – In Taylor, Anna Caudill sees an Alex Jones wannabe. ‘I sure wouldn’t want Alex Jones as the assistant chief of police.””
“Jones was the conspiracy theorist who tried to spread doubts about the horrific shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary, a shooting that left 20 students and six staff members dead,”” News 5 said.
