The origins of the Pentagon Pedophile Task Force (PPTF) trace back to the President’s Interagency Task Force to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons (PITF).
The trace-back data leads to President Donald Trump’s relationship with a non-profit organization called “Operation Underground Railroad” – a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) founded by former Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agent Timothy Ballard.
Tim Ballard’s involvement with the merging of agencies of the U.S. Government and NGO’s pre-dated the first Presidency of Donald J. Trump.
On May 14, 2015, Tim Ballard testified before the United States Congress House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Global Human Rights during which he recommended procedures and practices for rescuing children from trafficking rings. The hearing focused on partnerships between the US government and non-governmental organizations that rescue trafficking victims. – Wikipedia
On December 21, 2018, the 115th Congress of the United States of America enacted Public Law 115-393 which is known as the “Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2017”.
On March 6, 2019, Tim Ballard testified before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee about U.S.-Mexico border security and its relation to child sex trafficking. According to Wikipedia, as early as 2016, Ballard was criticized for broadcasting raids without regard for victim privacy.
Tim Ballard was perceived and accepted as a heavy hitter with great influence at the highest levels of the United States Government.
Tim Ballard was appointed to the White House Public-Private Partnership Advisory Council to End Human Trafficking in 2019. The Council was terminated as required by the enabling legislation on September 30, 2020. -Wikipedia
The Public-Private Partnership Advisory Council to End Human Trafficking, established by the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2017 (the Act) , enacted on December 21, 2018, provided a formal platform for representatives of nonprofit groups, academia, and nongovernmental organizations to advise the federal government and make recommendations to the President’s Interagency Task Force to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons (PITF) on federal anti-trafficking policy and programming efforts, including in the areas of prevention and victim services. TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH – FBI WITNESS TO JEFFREY EPSTEIN CHILD TRAFFICKING AND BLACK-MARKET BABY SALES THROUGH THE UKRAINIAN EMBASSY IN WASHINGTON DC
In 2009, award-winning news reporter Timothy Charles Holmseth, a resident (at that time) of East Grand Forks, Minnesota, conducted recorded interviews with key figures in a child kidnapping case in Florida (HaLeigh Cummings). Holmseth learned the names of FBI agents, CIA agents, BAR Attorneys, Judges, and others, who were directly connected to Attorney Scott Rothstein, and were trafficking babies and children for Jeffrey Epstein through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC.
At the request of the Jacksonville, Florida FBI, Holmseth was interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI at the federal courthouse in Grand Forks, North Dakota in 2010. Holmseth told the FBI what he learned and gave the FBI the names. Note: One FBI agent that Holmseth alerted the FBI to was FBI “undercover pedophile” John Regan (aka “undercover pedophile Bob Hamer”) who has appeared on Oprah, Hannity, FOX NEWS, and sits on the Board of Advisors for Hillary Clinton’s bodyguard Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer’s fake child rescue group called Veterans For Child Rescue Inc. Regan/Hamer’s photograph is in Holmseth’s book published in 2011.
Timothy Holmseth published a book in 2011 entitled “In Re: HaLeigh Cummings (The Shocking Truth Revealed). The book contained photographs of FBI and CIA operatives that were trafficking children including REGAN/HAMER. In 2011, a Family Court judge in Broward County, Florida named Michael Kaplan, having NO authority or jurisdiction whatsoever over Holmseth, issued a LIFETIME Order against Holmseth requiring Holmseth turn over all his firearms and ammunition to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office in Florida and to REMOVE specific content that was long since already lawfully published on the Web, stop advertising his book, and to never mention certain people again via electronic communications – or even ‘think’ about those people as he spoke – or Holmseth would go to prison. Note: Holmseth was advised by his attorney Steven Scott Biss (Biss is also the attorney of Kash Patel, Devin Nunes, Michael Flynn) that the Florida court order was so overly broad that Holmseth was actually VIOLATING THE ORDER at that moment on the phone with Biss, by talking about a specific person with him (Biss) because they were talking over the phone which was “electronic communications”.
Between 2011 and 2019 Holmseth was arrested (kidnapped) by the STATE OF MINNESOTA 4 times for things he ‘said’ and ‘thought’ and ‘published’ on the Web and social media, was imprisoned, tortured, and withstood attempts by STATE OF MINNESOTA that tried to force Holmseth to sign a confession.
TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH INFILTRATES THE “Q” MOVEMENT
In 2018 Timothy Charles Holmseth saw a video that was circulating on the Web where one could hear a small child screaming his brains out and begging for mercy in pain as he was tortured and tormented by Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager John Podesta.
That was it.
In 2018, facing multiple criminal trials for allegedly violating the Florida Kaplan Order, Timothy Charles Holmseth began publishing a series on www.timothycharlesholmseth.com entitled “Q – Project Ambition”. The “Q” stood for “Q” and/or “QAnon” while the phrase “Project Ambition” was a coded message that Holmseth published to denote he was preparing to infiltrate the “Q” movement. The phrase “Project Ambition” was shortened from Holmseth’s first thought to call it “Project Secret Ambition” which stemmed from the Michael W. Smith song “Secret Ambition” because Holmseth believed he was a dead man walking – but could not remove the Podesta torture video from his mind and soul.

ONE MAN AWAY FROM PRESIDENT TRUMP
In 2019 Timothy Charles Holmseth began compiling a list of high-profile figures in the “Q” movement who blatantly and publicly claimed they had direct access and direct communications to/with President Donald J. Trump.
In 2019 Timothy Charles Holmseth, in-between court hearings at the Polk County Justice Center, Crookston, Minnesota, was approached by self-described U.S. Secret Service agent David Lester Straight. Straight wanted to know what evidence Holmseth had on Vice President Mike Pence. David Straight told Holmseth he (Straight) viewed videos of VP Pence raping a little boy.
In 2019 Timothy Charles Holmseth became the official news reporter for the “Pentagon Pedophile Task Force” which Holmseth understood to be created by David Lester Straight, in conjunction with a group of “QAnon” operatives including Field McConnell, a spy operative called Juan O’Savin, and retired General Michael Flynn.
David Straight told Holmseth he assisted the United States Marines with the rescue (transfer) of 2,100 children from their cages in California to a military base, as well as locations in Johnson County, Texas.
In 2019 David Straight told Timothy Charles Holmseth he was a U.S. Secret Service agent, former Navy SEAL, Ambassador who traveled to New Zealand on financial business, member of three Presidential Commissions under Trump – those being “Judicial Corruption” “Space Force” and “Human Trafficking”. David Straight told Timothy Holmseth he was operating under “Joint Special Operations Command” – that he talked to President Trump; that he had President Trump’s telephone number; that he received instructions from President Trump; and Straight told Holmseth his liaison to the “Pentagon” was First Lady Melania Trump.
Timothy Charles Holmseth verified David Lester Straights connections to Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) during his infiltration of “Q” whereupon Holmseth witnessed David Straight talking to Melania Trump (note: Holmseth now believes Straight was faking those calls with his girlfriend Bonnie Thomas who can do Melania’s accent) and U.S. Generals in the U.S. Military.
THE PENTAGON PEDOPHILE TASK FORCE
In 2024, Timothy Charles Holmseth learned from former Queen Mother of Darkness turned cult defector, Jessie Marie Czebotar (childhood Luciferian System training partner of Lucien Greaves and friend of Elon Musk) (trained and tortured by CIA Director John Brennan, U.S. Army Colonel Michael Aquino, and Ukrainian Nazi Michael Karkoc) that in 2019 (the time-window when Timothy Holmseth became the official news reporter for the “PPTF”) she (Czebotar) was working with David Lester Straight and a group attached to Field McConnell that Czebotar now refers to as “the fake Pentagon Pedophile Task Force” because she realized there were TWO task forces running parallel with the same name. The members of the REAL/LEGITIMATE Pentagon Pedophile Task Force (PPTF) did not know about the FAKE PPTF. The original REAL PPTF was comprised of David Lester Straight, Randi Lynn Erickson, Christopher Edward Hallett, Kirk Lee Pendergrass, and news reporter Timothy Charles Holmseth.
The Pentagon Pedophile Task Force was/is created through personal and operational connections of key figures that achieved a perceived authority through the “President’s Interagency Task Force to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons (PITF) and Timothy Ballard of “Operation Underground Railroad”.
Example: Timothy Ballard’s “Operation Underground Railroad” eventually joined a marketing agreement with Hillary Clinton’s bodyguard Craig (Sawman) Sawyer and Veterans For Child Rescue Inc, whereupon Sawyer produced a propaganda film called “Contraland” which was promoted by Ballard.
Both Operation Underground Railroad and Veterans For Child Rescue Inc are human/child sex trafficking operations DISGUISED as rescue groups.
FBI DIRECTOR KASH PATEL

On January 25, 2025, TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS reported, “80,000 MISSING CHILDREN RECOVERED – HARRIS FAULKNER/FOX NEWS”.
The story became an ongoing series that is now revealing how the U.S. Government is conspiring with FOX NEWS and NGO’s to re-introduce 80,000+ children that the U.S. Government and NGO’s are holding captive in cages back into society without raising suspicion.
