Dear Attorney Riach,

In my capacity as War Correspondent (as deemed by U.S. Judge Clifton L. Corker, Eastern District of Tennessee -2:23-cv-00011) I am preparing a news report regarding the Complaint you filed on October 1, 2026, in the United States District Court in Minnesota.

Your Complaint sets forth details of a high profile shooting that occurred on January 7, 2026, in Minneapolis, Minnesota where Renee Good was shot and killed by an ICE agent named Jonathan Ross.

Your Complaint lists Renee Good’s partner, Rebecca Good, as a PLAINTIFF, and states that at the scene of the shooting, Rebecca Good, “…ran down the street after Renee’s car and found her partner bleeding from a gunshot wound to the head. Becca has suffered immensely as a result of the unlawful shooting and killing of her partner, and she has been diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder. She is a plaintiff in this action in her own right”.

On January 25, 2026, I reported at www.timothycharlesholmseth.com, “WAR REPORT: Renee Good was truly MURDERED; murdered IF Jonathan Ross wasn’t supposed to “have REAL BULLETS” (VIDEO)”.

I conducted a search on the Complaint you filed and the Complaint does not make any reference to PLAINTIFF Rebecca Good shouting out to ICE Agent Jonathon Ross, “Why did you have real bullets?”.

I am planning to report, in GOOD FAITH, to the American People, that evidence shows your client, PLAINTIFF Rebecca Good, had prior knowledge that a ‘shooting scene’ was going to be ‘video recorded’ on January 7, 2026, and that your client, PLAINTIFF Rebecca Good, thought and believed that the ICE agent was not going to use “real bullets”.

Again – in GOOD FAITH, I assure you that should you choose to respond to my interpretation of the evidence, I will report your response.
