“President Xi is in San Francisco today” – Sister of California man tortured to death by Nazi’s in U.S. Military program receives menacing visit from man talking about the value of her land

We have been covering the story of Anne Hanly whose brother John was a torture victim and used for satanic Nazi experiments by Dr. Jolyon West and the U.S. Military.

Today, Anne Hanly reports a strange man arrived at her residence in California.

“This man showed up to my residence next door and said that he was conducting a survey on social security. My neighbor unwelcomed him.  This man proceeded to stay in the parking lot and opened up his back door and sat for a prolonged stay after my neighbor rejected participating in this “social security survey,” Hanly said.

“I came out of my residence ready to leave and inquired from this person why he was parking at our residence, particularly after learning that my  neighbor unwelcomed him and asked him to leave,” Hanly said.

“I took a photo of the logo on his vehicle and asked for further information so that I can identify why he has positioned himself so close to my residence with no further apparent business,” Hanly said.

He said to me the following:  “This is expensive land that you are standing on.”  Then he said this, “President XI is in San Francisco today.”
