KAPLAN INVESTIGATION

In November 2019 President Donald J. Trump was falsely accused of rape by E. Jean Carroll. Trump was then strategically targeted by an enemy insurgent [judge] named Lewis A. KAPLAN.

On April 11, 2026, I reported, “PROJECT AMERICAN STORM: TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH ATTEMPTED to QUESTION “STATE OF FLORIDA” ABOUT “JEFFREY EPSTEIN” DURING [FBI-CIA BLACK MARKET BABY SALES TRIAL] in MINNESOTA! [IT’S ON THE RECORD!]”.

I was interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI in 2010 about a child sex trafficking operation being run by a CIA-FBI agent, along with an attorney from Florida, and others, were running a black-market baby sales operation involving JEFFREY EPSTEIN and Ukraine.

The Minnesota ‘trial(s)’ described in the April 11 report were the result of a bogus INJUNCTION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST REPEAT VIOLENCE issued against me in Broward County, FL in 2011 by a Family Court judge named Michael G. KAPLAN to protect an attorney I never met in my life.

I recently contacted Melissa Grover and asked her who she was communicating with during those un-authorized negotiations in 2019, but she did not respond.

On March 29, 2026, “PROJECT AMERICAN STORM: “MELISSA GROVER” LATEST NAME TO COME UP in MN BCA MURDER COVER UP of CARTEL SOLDIER HIDEOUTS in MINNESOTA TRAILER PARKS [FRAUD BEING INVESTIGATED by VP VANCE INCLUDES ESPIONAGE and FOREIGN THEFT of ALL THE LAND RECORDS!]”.

I am reviewing Melissa Grover’s resumes, which she sent to me years ago in my capacity as investigative journalist.

In August/September 2019, when Melissa Grover was communicating with Jeffrey Epstein’s traffickers regarding me, she was a licensed real estate agent with the State of Minnesota.

Grover’s resume states she obtained her real estate licensing through KAPLAN PROFESSIONAL SCHOOLS, Minnesota.

Grover’s resume for a Patient Registration Specialist at Allina Health states she has “eight years of property management experience”.

Grover manages mobile home parks.

DISNEY

The resume states Melissa Grover implemented “Moments that Matter” Walt Disney Designed Customer Service Training. This excellent training model was developed and founded by Walt Disney Corporation to train their associates”.

I am presently reporting on a murder scene in Marshall, Minnesota, that is being covered up by the MN BCA. Melissa Grover claims intimate knowledge regarding a dead strangled body found in a car – her husband, Michael Grover, and their friend, were reportedly questioned by police.
