War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth recently announced the launch of PROJECT AMERICAN STORM which is a journalistic investigation by Holmseth (an FBI Jeffrey Epstein child sex trafficking witness and award-winning news reporter – North Dakota Newspaper Association), who discovered soldiers of an international cartel army (that invaded the United States) were/are hiding un-detected in a network of trailer parks in Minnesota and across the U.S. Holmseth reported that some of the cartel soldiers are insurgents that embedded themselves into federal agencies and law enforcement (e.g. ICE) to attack the United States from within using subversive tactics such as stimulating riots while filming violent acts (e.g. shooting of Renee Good) which are then used by government officials (e.g. Tim Walz) to attack the President of the United States/Commander in Chief Donald J. Trump.
Holmseth’s investigations have uncovered what has developed into a MYSTERIOUS DEATH LIST in Minnesota – including deaths in City of Tracy, Minnesota and City of Marshall, Minnesota (Lyon County).

Bryan Hillger fired him [Jason Lichty] in 1999 for stealing drugs and evidence out of a locker and selling it to the grandson of the mayor of Tracy at the time.
So, then him and his wife moved to Waseca. And he got a job on the fire department and police department in Waseca. It was only a couple of years until he got fired from there. Because he got intimately involved with a female police officer. And during his relationship with that female police officer – he acquired naked pictures of her.
He emailed those naked pictures on the squad laptop to other officers – she found out – sued for sexual harassment and won – and he was asked to leave quietly out the back door.
He then moved back to Tracy and Bryan Hillger would not hire him because of firing him in 99’ and also what happened in Waseca – he trucked for Todd Radke for about two-and-a-half-three years – but Dale Johnson was the assistant fire chief at the time – and talked the fire chief to letting Jason get back on the fire department once he moved back so he was back on the fire department day one.

Holmseth has acquired myriads of interviews and statements that indicate evidence shows the cartel has murdered innocent people and fabricated evidence around a crime scene (e.g. hang a dead body in a closet – pull the murder victim’s pants down and have the police determine the victim died engaging in Autoerotic Asphyxiation [masturbation while choking oneself].
