My name is Sheila Kiszynski. I am involved in fighting a child sex abuser who happens to be the father of. My granddaughter. This is a strange case because so many of the state, county and courts seem to be involved in keeping sexual abuse protected here in Southern Oregon. My life and daughters future and granddaughter s future are being destroyed. There are multiple articles about Oregons CHILD WELFARE, FOSTER CARE AND POLICE DEPTS ARE FULL OF PROBLEMS.
