SPECIAL REPORT: SWORN AFFIDAVIT – STATE OF OHIO ACCUSED OF RACKETEERING IN EXTORTION PLOT THAT INVOLVED A SUSPICIOUS PHOTO OF ‘SMALL’ VAGINA TEXTED TO MN JUDGE BY A RAPIST

Evidence shows… in August of 2022, a criminal extortion plot was devised and executed by rapist Alexandria Goddard, Ohio, Levi Page, Tennesse, William Murtaugh, Florida, and members of the Executive and Judicial branch in the State of Ohio.

The extortion plot was set forth and executed against former Minnesota judge Randi Lynn Erickson, and investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth.

Erickson is the federal plaintiff who escrowed sworn affidavits of Jessie Marie Czebotar and Tracy-Jo Remington that detailed eyewitness accounts of cannibalism by U.S. Presidents, child porn, animal porn, torture, and unspeakable crimes against humanity that has been submitted to the U.S. Military, U.S. Courts, various State Governors, and President Donald J. Trump.

Today, Timothy Charles Holmseth submitted a sworn affidavit and exhibits to the Clerk of Court and the Prosecutor in the State of Ohio via an overnight courier. The affidavit and some of the supporting exhibits are seen below.

AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH

MY BACKGROUND

My name is Timothy Charles Holmseth. I have been an award-winning news reporter for the North Dakota Newspaper Association. In 2010 I was deemed a credible witness by the FBI in the investigation into the disappearance of the missing child HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings. I am the author of the book “In Re: HaLeigh Cummings (The Shocking Truth Revealed)”. On January 4, 2021, Attorney Lin Wood began the most famous Tweet storm in history with the MEMO I authored and mailed to AG Jeff Sessions regarding international human trafficking, which Wood tweeted to President Donald J. Trump and a million viewers. I am an investigative journalist, publisher, and war correspondent. My name TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH is registered with United States Patent and Trademark Office.

I am an interested Party and Witness named in documents filed by my Power of Attorney, Congressional Defense Contractor Christopher E. Hallett, E-Clause LLC, regarding DCA CASE NO. 5DC19-3383 – TRIBUNAL NO. 42-2016-DR-3626-HJ regarding human trafficking and crimes against humanity.

THE STATE OF OHIO AND TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH

I recently saw my name in a court record that was published online during a You Tube program. On August 19, 2022, court documents from the State of Ohio were shown in a video at the You Tube channel operated by Levi H. Page, Dover, TN, on his program called “Crime and Scandal with Levi Page”. Levi Page’s co-host on Crime and Scandal is Alexandria Goddard, Ohio. Levi Page and Alexandria Goddard are media associates with William K. Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida. I saw Murtaugh, too, on August 20, 2022, published the same court records from the State of Ohio with my name on them. William Murtaugh published the records on the You Tube channel From The Desk Of Murtwitnessonelive.

Crime and Scandal announced in their video headline that I, Timothy Charles Holmseth, along with Randi Lynn Erickson, had been charged with stalking in Ohio. Likewise, From The Desk Of Murtwitnessonelive also published I, along with Randi Lynn Erickson, was charged with stalking in Ohio.

That caused me to investigate the information on the website published by the State of Ohio. I had to start from scratch because I otherwise, had absolutely no knowledge or information about the so-called ‘stalking’ because it was the first time I had ever heard about it.

I have no record of ever being served regarding 22CRB00614N – STATE OF OHIO vs. HOLMSETH, TIMOTHY CHARLES MF.

My name is NOT spelled in all caps. My name is spelled Timothy Charles Holmseth. There are no additional letters behind my name such as “MF” as is shown in your records online.

I have no record of ever being served to appear in this matter. Please provide me the AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE on the court record. I’ve never been served a Summons in this matter. I’ve never received a Citation in this matter. I have never met or interacted with Ohio law enforcement in my life. I have absolutely no idea what you are even talking about.

I examined the court records published online by your Clerk and immediately observed you are using a very old address where I do not live or receive mail.

I have now observed that Levi Page has deleted every single video from his You Tube channel and abruptly changed the name of his program to, simply, “Levi Page”.

EXTORTION PLOT BY ALEXADNDRIA GODDARD, LEVI PAGE, WILLIAM MURTAUGH, STATE OF OHIO, AND MARTINS FERRY POLICE DEPARTMENT USING A PHOTOGRAPH OF A ‘SMALL’ VAGINA

I was present with Randi Lynn Erickson on September 1, 2022, when she delivered a text message  exchange (and other evidence including emails) she’d had with Alexandria Goddard, to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) in Nashville. Erickson was very concerned over a photo of a ‘small’ vagina that Goddard texted to Erickson, un-solicited. Before texting the vagina photo to Erickson, Goddard told Erickson she was leaving the conversation for a few minutes to have online sex (Facetime) with her boyfriend. Goddard returned and said her boyfriend “came” [ejaculated]. Goddard then sent the vagina photo to Erickson, claiming it was she (Goddard). Goddard is morbidly obese and it is impossible the female in the photo is Goddard. The female appears very small and has no pubic hair. There is color disfigurement on the hip area of the female which could be a bruise. It could also be a corpse.

The text exchange included countless requests and repeated taunts by Goddard, for Erickson to come to Goddard’s home. Goddard specifically and repeatedly told Erickson she was not afraid of Erickson. Erickson repeatedly told Goddard she had absolutely no intentions to meet Goddard.

Goddard then told Erickson that Erickson’s name was going to be posted all over with the word “pedophile”. Goddard then committed criminal extortion when she told Erickson she was going to contact Erickson’s husband and children to give them the opportunity to take adverse action against Randi Erickson – or else. Goddard warned Erickson that if Erickson did not comply with Goddard’s demands, that Goddard was going to have Erickson arrested and put in jail.

Goddard’s professed ability to develop and execute a criminal extortion plan using law enforcement, with the express cooperation of members of law enforcement, is not only very concerning and a matter of Public Safety, it violates State and Federal Law.

The documents you have published online about me and Randi Lynn Erickson state the Offense date was August 12, 2022. It further states I (we) were charged on August 16, 2022. On August 19, 2022, Levi Page and Alexandria Goddard’s program “Crime and Scandal” announced the charges, along with extremely lude and disgusting sexual commentary about Randi Erickson. The program was defamatory and intended to inflame the viewer and inspire deep and intense hatred toward me and Randi Erickson.

FRAUD ON ITS FACE

The court records published via interstate electronic communications by the State of Ohio, Crime and Scandal, and From The Desk Of Murtwitnessonelive, state the Offense Date was August 12, 2022. In the course of my journalistic investigation I was able to review the text exchange and interstate electronic communications between Alexandria Goddard and Randi Lynn Erickson. I observed that on August 13, 2022, Alexandria Goddard actually stated, categorically, that she was in no way afraid of Randi Lynn Erickson and wanted Erickson to come to her home.

That means that if Alexandria Goddard filed a police report – she violated Ohio Code – Section 2917.32 | Making false alarms.

PURE FICTION

On the date of August 12, 2022, I was not even in the same State as Randi Lynn Erickson. I was not involved in, and did not witness, the communications between Goddard and Erickson. In fact – I was not in the same State as Erickson during any applicable date published online by the State of Ohio.

Evidence shows ‘Crime and Scandal’ and ‘From The Desk Of Murtwitnessonelive’ were/are instrumentalities of the State of Ohio, and were/are strategically used as a tool in a pre-mediated plan by both the Executive and Judicial branch in Ohio to advance criminal objectives including, but not limited to, Extortion and Interstate Wire Fraud.

The extended timeline of events leading up to these latest criminal actions against me, and against Randi Lynn Erickson, easily establish predicate acts for the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). The extortion against me and Erickson also violates The Hobbs Act.

Although efforts to hide evidence of this outrageous criminal conspiracy have been taken by Levi Page and Alexandria Goddard, all necessary screenshotting and documentation is complete.

Ohio Code – Section 2917.32 | Making false alarms.

Conclusive evidence clearly demonstrates Alexandria Goddard, Levi Page, and William Murtaugh have engaged in a pattern of racketeering and conspiracy against rights that involves violations of Ohio Code – Section 2917.32 – Making false alarms.

Conclusive evidence shows the State of Ohio is participating in a racketeering enterprise with Alexandria Goddard, Levi Page, and William Murtaugh.

The pattern of racketeering has been in effect since 2009.

Ohio Code – Section 2917.32 | Making false alarms states…

(A) No person shall do any of the following:

(1) Initiate or circulate a report or warning of an alleged or impending fire, explosion, crime, or other catastrophe, knowing that the report or warning is false and likely to cause public inconvenience or alarm;

(2) Knowingly cause a false alarm of fire or other emergency to be transmitted to or within any organization, public or private, for dealing with emergencies involving a risk of physical harm to persons or property;

(3) Report to any law enforcement agency an alleged offense or other incident within its concern, knowing that such offense did not occur;

(4) Initiate or circulate a report or warning of an alleged or impending fire, explosion, crime, or other catastrophe, knowing that the report or warning is false and likely to impede the operation of a critical infrastructure facility.

(B) This section does not apply to any person conducting an authorized fire or emergency drill.

(C)(1) Whoever violates this section is guilty of making false alarms.

THE “NASHVILLE BOMBER” “DOMESTIC TERRORISM” PLOT

Alexandria Goddard publicly used her Twitter account located at @prinniedidit to contact the FBI, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Secret Service, the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office (MN), and others, and reported that I, Timothy Holmseth, am responsible for “murder” and that I am ‘teaching’ people to “kill CPS and police”. Goddard contacted law enforcement and said I am a “domestic terrorist” with “blood” on my “hand”. Goddard Tweeted to the FBI and ATF that I was involved in the Nashville Bombing and that I had communicated with Anthony Q. Warner. Goddard falsely reports to law enforcement and the public that I am a “Felon” which I am NOT!

The sheer amount of exhibitive evidence documented regarding this racketeering enterprise is so vast and extensive that it is beyond the scope of this Affidavit.

Attached with this Affidavit is screenshots of Levi Page and Alexandria Goddard’s program Crime and Scandal that was used in the criminal extortion plot and hoax, as well as the video that was downloaded before Levi Page and Alexandria Goddard deleted it.
