The story began a series of rapidly emerging developments involving a conspiracy between FBI agents, who, along with court and elected public officials in Marion County, Florida, conspired to use the murder of Christopher Edward Hallett as part of a plan to interfere with the 2024 Election via a plot running in tandem with the now infamous four (4) Trump Indictments.
The Trump Indictment Plot centers on STATE OF FLORIDA vs. NEELY PETRIE BLANCHARD who is charged with First Degree Murder for the November 15, 2020, assassination-style shooting of Christopher Hallett in his Ocala, Florida home.
Blanchard, while talking to Alexandra Koukounakis, Canada, said she discovered a letter from her attorney, Jack Maro, that said he planned to call Joseph E. Uscinski, Brooke Binkowski, and Steven Alan Hassan as “expert witnesses”.
“I think I found the people that are going after Trump,” Blanchard told Koukounakis.
The long delay before Blanchard’s discovery makes sense.
Blanchard had no investigative or research capabilities to understand what was happening to her, because she has been held in the Marion County jail for 3-1/2 years with no bond hearing. However, after learning about events happening in the outside world, Blanchard said she suddenly discovered Maro’s expert witnesses were all rabid anti-Trumpers. In fact, Hassan is an author and published The Cult of Trump: A Leading Cult Expert Explains How the President Uses Mind Control.
“I think I found the people that are going after Trump,” Blanchard told Koukounakis.
Evidence shows not only did Blanchard report she was being systemically tortured and raped in custody, but her life was also being threatened by Maro, who told her he was not going to seek a bond hearing because he was simply trying to keep her “alive” – referring to the Death Penalty. On one occasion Maro told Blanchard’s mother, Susan Blanchard, they needed to make sure Blanchard did not come home in a “pine box”.
The plot began to unravel quickly when Blanchard terminated Maro, whereupon Maro filed a Motion to withdraw as counsel which was granted. Blanchard’s only possible contact with the outside world from her captivity is through telephone/video calls with Koukounakis, who at Blanchard’s request is now acting in the capacity of what is legally called ‘Agency by Necessity’.
As TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS began to report the details of the plot the activities of court officials began to take front and center. One area of suspicion was that of Judge Lisa Herndon, who has been hearing the case. Herndon is classified as an “Administrative Judge” on the State’s website. An Administrative Judge is a function of the Executive Branch. However, the Ocala Star Banner published a photo of Herndon with a placard on the bench that reads “Circuit Judge”. Likewise, Herndon is signing court orders using the title “Circuit Judge”.
On March 22, 2024, WCJB20(ABC) reported, “Former Marion County Circuit Judge Hale Stancil dead at 78”.

OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) – A longtime Marion County judge is being remembered.
Court officials said former Circuit Judge Hale Stancil died Thursday at the age of 78.
Stancil served as a circuit judge for the 5th Judicial Circuit for 33 years and then retired in 2015.
He then continued to serve as a senior judge for the next nine years until his death.
