Biss is also the attorney of record for other clients such as Devin Nunes, Kash Patel, CIA Robert David Steele, Dan Bongino, Timothy Charles Holmseth, and Randi Lynn Erickson.

Biss drafted a RICO Complaint for his client Randi Erickson stating a Defendant was witnessed by Jessie Marie Czebotar as he (the Defendant) chained children to the floor and scalded them with hot water whereupon “Hillary Clinton” ate a little girl’s Pineal gland.
