INTRODUCTION – FBI OPERATION CHAOS AND THE PLOT AGAINST AMERICA
Evidence shows that shortly before the 2020 Election, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Minnesota met with a man from Apopka, Florida who has been going by the name William Kevin Murtaugh.
Apopka, Florida is 18 miles from Orlando, Florida (home of Disneyland) – where Murtaugh, who claims he’s completely broke and living on Social Security, boasts and brags about his secret work at the Airport where he goes to do something that he says is ‘nobody’s fucking business’.
Video published by Murtaugh in September 2020 shows he traveled by air from Florida to Minnesota, rented a car, relaxed in lodging, and then traveled to meet with FBI agents for “four hours” at the FBI headquarters. Prior to the trip, Murtaugh had been wearing FBI and CIA logos on his news program where he had been billing and marketing “The Chaos Project” and/or “Operation Chaos”.
Pulling out of the FBI parking lot after his meetings, Murtaugh filmed himself as he declared trouble was coming for a legal expert in Florida named Christopher Edward Hallett, his corporation E~Clause LLC, Ocala, Florida, and the entire Country.
Murtaugh cynically said the FBI told him the Country would soon see great turmoil.
Murtaugh produced show after show after show after show after show about an investigative journalist and war correspondent named Timothy Charles Holmseth. Murtaugh created a photographic of Holmseth’s face and head – with a gun and a bullet heading toward Holmseth’s head.
Shortly after the FBI meeting in Minnesota, the chief of police in Ocala, Florida died alone in a plane crash. Then, the 2020 Election was stolen by Joe Biden. Shortly thereafter Christopher Hallett was assassinated in his home – bullet to the head. On January 4, 2021, Timothy Charles Holmseth’s MEMO warning President Trump of VP Mike Pence and an FBI child trafficking operation that involved cannibalism was tweeted to Trump and millions of people by Attorney Lin Wood. Then came J6 in DC.
So… what was so special about a creepy old man with rotten teeth who has been on the news in Florida for tampering with a missing child investigation by claiming to know the identity of the abductor (Trenton Duckett), that he would be invited by the FBI to leave his 30-year-old trailer in Apopka, Florida – and fly to Minnesota where he would learn secrets of upcoming events that would affect our entire nation?

Evidence also shows Murtaugh appears to be a friend of the Biden Crime Family – the infamous mobster and serial killer James ‘Whitey’ Bulger, who, as implied by Murtaugh himself, is not really dead, but rather has been given a new identity by the feds through the Witness Protection Program. Murtaugh appears to be the same man depicted in an FBI sketch-artist drawing of James ‘Whitey’ Bulger that was published by the U.S. Marshals service.
TRUMP FOCUSES ON THE GLOCK
During his visit to Summerville, SC, Trump visited Palmetto State Armory, where he was filmed perusing the vast selection of guns available. Trump stopped and said, “Oh, I like that one”. “That’s a Glock,” he was told. Trump returned to the subject of the Glock handgun again as they continued to examine various makes and models of guns.
Is there any reason why a Glock might be an important make and model of handgun for President Trump to focus on?

On November 15, 2020, Christopher Edward Hallett, CEO, E~Clause (i.e., Emoluments Clause) LCC, Ocala, Florida, was assassinated in his home – shot in the head. Hallett, a loss prevention specialist working with U.S. Congress had unraveled the complex computer coding system matrix being used by the courts and judicial system to accomplish nearly any conceivable goal of the international cartel and satanic system of human harvesting and money laundering.
Hallett was using four cases, from four different States, all involving an embattled young mother named Neely Petrie Blanchard to show how the coding and elaborate deception matrix is used by the BAR Association and other organized crime within the U.S. Government.

Hallett and Blanchard’s mission together in the Courts and U.S. Congress ended on November 15, 2020, when Hallett was assassinated.

Neely Petrie Blanchard herself was named as the shooter during a 911 call by the only other adult in the home at the time – Shannon Mutter Tanis, Michigan. Blanchard was immediately hunted down and arrested – while Tanis was not even tested for gunpowder residue.

In a police report dated July 13, 2011, filed in Summerville, South Carolina, the officer reported. “I observed the victim (Blanchard), naked, in the driver’s seat”. “Blanchard stated her stepfather had sexually assaulted her as a child, and she was just now realizing it”.

The 911 call that was made by Shannon Mutter Tanis, 7 minutes AFTER Hallett was shot, reveal that although Tanis identified Blanchard as the shooter, she also referred to the shooter as “he”.
Tanis also had ultra-amazing visual acuity for identifying the murder weapon she said was in Blanchard’s hands. “It’s black. It’s black. Like a Glock. Like a 9mm Glock,” Shannon Mutter Tanis said.
She just KNEW it was a “Glock”.
DISNEY
On September 24, 2022, TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS reported, ““DISNEY” AND $30 MILLION – STATE OF FLORIDA’S STAR WITNESS IN ‘QANON’ MURDER BRAGGED ABOUT DISNEY “JUDGEMENT” AWARDED TO VICTIM (CLAIMED THEY WERE MARRIED VIA COMMON LAW)”.

Social media postings reveal Mutter-Tanis, who was living in Hallett’s home at the time of the murder, claimed she was in a romantic relationship with Hallett. Mutter-Tanis said Hallett wanted to have a ‘baby’ with her and spend their lives together. Mutter-Tanis’ claims equate to Common Law marriage.
Mutter-Tanis is effectively the State of Florida’s star witness against Petrie-Blanchard.
But… should Mutter-Tanis actually have been the suspect instead of Petrie-Blanchard?
Social media postings by Mutter-Tanis reveal Mutter-Tanis talking about land cases Hallett won against “Disney”.
In a social media conversation between someone called Grace Reyes and Mutter-Tanis, Mutter-Tanis said, “Grace Reyes wait till you see the 100 land cases he won here against Disney”.
Un-confirmed reports regarding the actual amount of the judgements against Disney that Mutter-Tanis believed Hallett was awarded is $30 Million.
Records recently released by the STATE OF FLORIDA reveal a report has been entered into the case of STATE OF FLORIDA vs. NEELY PETRIE BLANCHARD entitled “Nefarious Network Report”.
It is believed this report that was submitted to STATE OF FLORIDA by Alexandra Koukounakis, Canada, may be highly beneficial to the attorneys of Rick Allen.
