UPDATE
On August 23, 2026, Attorney Walter Flinn filed a MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE.
“The purpose of this one-time continuance is to go through the transcripts of the five-day trial, as well as all pre-trial motions that affected the trial, in order to prepare a MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL.
Since my name will be on the Motion, I need to be careful about its content. I am at a huge disadvantage in drafting the MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL, since I was not the trial attorney at any part of this case,” Attorney Flinn said.
Flinn said he wants to file the MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL at least two weeks before the pending sentencing hearing, so Opposing Counsel can review it.
Flinn said Opposing Counsel does not oppose his MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE.

Records show “Kim P” was working with VETERANS FOR CHILD RESCUE INC (V4CR) when V4CR contacted War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth in 2020 and said Holmseth’s CHILDREN had been put on a “list” and warned Holmseth that his daughter Marina Kathleen Holmseth (Marina Jones) was going to be kidnapped, taken to Fort Campbell, and raped by a dog while they filmed it.
Case Number 2:23-cv-00011 (TN Eastern District) shows War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth filed a lawsuit that alleged a conspiracy against him was set forth in the STATE OF OHIO wherein the conspirators violated Holmseth’s rights for the purpose of preventing Holmseth from attending the Neely Blanchard murder trial.
