Yesterday at 11 A.M. Channel 13 news out of Norfolk, Virginia reported, “Dolly: Force of nature – country icon’s name is next on hurricane list
If the system off the coast of Africa forms, its name will be Dolly”.
The child snuff film producer known as “Montagraph” who gathered video and credit card evidence that’s used for blackmailing high-ranking U.S. Government officials; child porn evidence that was seized by ICE in 2006 from the computers of the U.S. Pentagon during “Operation Flicker” (which were deceptively referred to in 2026 as “Epstein Files”) is now saying “Hurricane Dolly” may be weaponized weather warfare as revenge for the death of Dolly Parton.

Montagraph, who produced a child torture and murder film called Little Piggy and the Umbrella Man, ominously discussed Dolly Parton on August 25, 2026, during an online You Tube intelligence briefing where satanists and cult members who work under protection of the CIA, FBI, and U.S. State Department, meet in a chatroom to receive their intelligence and marching orders. Montagraph (aka Dale Ellis Bennett, Roy Warren Marshall, Steve Quest) cynically alluded to Dolly Partons death “The next storm is called Dolly. Is that right? Are you serious? The next hurricane is called Dolly,” Montagraph said.
“That’s just oh, that’s just strange, isn’t it? Maybe it’s going to be Dolly’s revenge,” Montagraph said.
Montagraph cynically boasted that he knew about the pending Dolly Parton death and subsequent hurricane in advance.
“And you know what’s really strange is just last night on the live stream that we did last night, we were talking about Dolly Parton and then what she what’s she going to do? She’s gone. We just talked about her last night. Even remember that. That’s just so strange,” Montagraph said.
