“Plaintiff subsequently contacted President Donald J. Trump via his attorney, and advised Trump that Attorney Biss was representing Trump’s CEO of Truth Social, Devin Nunes. Plaintiff alerted Trump that Biss told Erickson to advise Plaintiff to stop writing about “Michael Flynn” and that Biss was the lawyer for the Flynn family”.

I, Timothy Charles Holmseth, (“Plaintiff’) do hereby state under Penalty of Perjury and in Good Faith, that to the very best of my knowledge, based upon facts and information I observed and learned during my work as a journalist, that Steven Scott Biss is exhibiting conduct and behavior and engaging in activities that reasonably creates the appearance he is engaging in violations of The Espionage Act.

In 2018 was put into contact with Attorney Steven Scott Biss through my communications with a retired CIA agent named Robert David Steele, who was being legally represented by Biss.
It is now my well-informed opinion that at that time in 2018, Biss merely pretended to have the desire to provide legal representation for me regarding assault, defamation, and libel being committed against me. I retained Biss for the amount of $10,000.00. On May 25, 2018, Biss filed Case No. 0:2019cv60002 in the Eastern District of Virginia against Defendants REDACTED, William K. Murtaugh, Karen Denise Gaur and John Does 1-5.
My case was subsequently dismissed for failure to comply with court orders by my attorney, Biss.
When Biss told me he would represent me, he requested I turn over a great deal of evidence I possessed regarding my journalistic investigations into international human trafficking and child sexual exploitation.
In 2020, my escrow agent Randi Lynn Erickson contacted Biss regarding possible representation regarding Tortious Interference, computer abuse, and other attacks [against] her family business called Town Centre Real Estate. Erickson retained Biss for $10,000.00. Biss subsequently contacted Erickson and told her she should escalate her case into a civil RICO action because the bad actors pursuing her were in violation of the RICO statute. Erickson agreed and paid Biss an additional $20,000.00.
Biss also asked me to join Erickson’s case as a co-plaintiff, but I declined.
During the times Biss was representing Erickson, she (Erickson) was gathering actionable intelligence regarding international crimes against humanity and turning it over to the United States Military via David Lester Straight, who was her liaison to First Lady Melania Trump and Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC).
Erickson was also turning evidence into JSOC personally through her own private communication channels.
Erickson turned over evidence and intelligence to the United States Department of Defense headquarters (Pentagon), United States Army at Fort Campbell, Tennessee-Kentucky, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Naval Base Coronado, California, FBI, Office of the Texas Governor, Christopher Edward Hallett, E~Clause LLC, Kirk Lee Pendergrass, E~Clause LLC, and others.
Under what appears to be the guise of a civil RICO action, Biss requested Erickson turn over evidence she possessed comprised of investigative journalist work product and websites of Timothy Charles Holmseth, affidavits from Jessie Marie Czebotar containing her detailed eyewitness accounts of torture, rape, murder, and cannibalism she eye witnessed being committed by U.S. Presidents and world leaders, as well as details of Top Secret military operations that took place at various locations including inside U.S. Military installations (e.g., Area 51).
Biss never filed a Notice of Appearance for Erickson and abandoned her at a critical last moment which caused her to lose a case.
I recognized Biss’ tactics because he did precisely all the same things to me.
Plaintiff subsequently contacted President Donald J. Trump via his attorney, and advised Trump that Attorney Biss was representing Trump’s CEO of Truth Social, Devin Nunes. Plaintiff alerted Trump that Biss told Erickson to advise Plaintiff to stop writing about “Michael Flynn” and that Biss was the lawyer for the Flynn family.
Plaintiff observed that although Biss possessed evidence that retired U.S. Army General Michael Flynn was named in a series of communications sent to both Plaintiff and Erickson by REDACTED, that contained threats of kidnap, rape, torture, forced beastiality porn to be committed and filmed at Fort Campbell, and death threats, Biss showed no concern regarding conflict of interest.
Plaintiff believes evidence suggests Steven Scott Biss is harvesting intelligence and may be transferring the intelligence to a Foreign Power. Plaintiff knows Biss is a member of the British Accreditation Registry (BAR Association). To the best of Plaintiffs knowledge and belief, the BAR Association is a foreign entity that requires an oath to the BAR that is separate from, and supersedes, a BAR members oath to the United States Constitution.
