U.S. MILITARY AIRCRAFT CIRCLES CANADIAN AFTER SHE CALLS THE DELPHI MURDER TIP-LINE (ALEXANDRA KOUKOUNAKIS “NEFARIOUS NETWORK REPORT” APPEARS IN FLORIDA’S 1ST DEGREE MURDER CASE AGAINST NEELY PETRIE BLANCHARD)

Two high-profile criminal cases against two Americans who were ARRESTED SUDDENLY and charged with First Degree Murder are beginning to show signs of conspiracy by Prosecutors to frame the accused – to cover-up for the truly guilty.
On August 15, 2023, the STATE OF FLORIDA filed a document entitled “Nefarious Network Report” into the first-degree murder case underway in Marion County, Florida – – – STATE OF FLORIDA vs. NEELY PETRIE BLANCHARD. The report was submitted to the STATE OF FLORIDA by Alexandra Koukounakis, Canada.
Neely Petrie Blanchard is accused of murdering Christopher Edward Hallett, Ocala, Florida, on November 15, 2020.
On September 18, 2023, William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida, featured the “Nefarious Network Report” on his You Tube program From The Desk of Murtwitnessonelive. Murtaugh, who often dresses in apparel featuring FBI and/or CIA on his person, received the Report from the Marion County States Attorney’s Office.
Murtaugh is an operative of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Shortly before the murder of Christopher Hallett in 2020, Murtaugh announced the launch of what he called “Operation Chaos” whereupon he traveled from Florida to Minnesota and met with the FBI for four (4) hours. Following the meeting with FBI agents, he announced on camera that bad things were coming to Hallett and his corporation E~Clause LLC. Only a short time later the Police Chief in Ocala, Florida died in a one-man plane crash. Shortly thereafter Hallett was shot in the head in his own home.
It is increasingly speculated that Murtaugh may in fact be the infamous mobster and FBI informant, James ‘Whitey’ Bulger. Murtaugh appears to be the same man shown in an FBI sketch-artist rendition of James Bulger, which was published by the U.S. Marshals Service when Bulger was on the run. Murtaugh has slyly insinuated on his program that he is in fact Bulger and under the protection of the FBI in the Witness Protection Program.
During his show where he featured the “Nefarious Network Report”, Murtaugh wore a hat that says FAFO (Fuck Around and Find Out). Murtaugh continuously insulted Koukounakis throughout the presentation.
On September 19, 2023, Koukounakis left a message on the Delphi (murder) Tip Line. Koukounakis said after she left the message, her dogs began going crazy in the night.
On September 20, 2023, Koukounakis reported military aircraft were flying above her location and circling her. Koukounakis was able to film the aircraft on a few occasions. The first time the aircraft went over she was not able to get video. “I was like gosh, is that a frickin’ military plane or what?” she said, describing how close it came to her.
Koukounakis was able to identify the aircraft using a publicly available online Web tool that tracks aircraft. She said there was a “plane” that was from Jacksonville, Florida. “And then there was helicopter. The helicopter came around my area again and then went over to Ohio and then sat and parked in Ohio,” she said.
“When the Blackhawk helicopter left Niagra falls – headed all the way back to I think it was Cleveland, Ohio – and it parked in Ohio and it sat in Ohio,” Koukounakis said.
“Around 2 in the afternoon a Blackhawk seems to come out of Niagara Falls Airport (news to me they had one) goes past my place more or less then went to Columbus Ohio and seemed to kinda merge with another Blackhawk along the way before going to Columbus Ohio,” Koukounakis said.
She described the activity of another aircraft.
“This US Military Plane, BOEING P-8 Poseidon with no call sign flew from Jacksonville to Niagara Falls and circled several times over my house and fairly quickly. it was loud so I noticed. It came from Jacksonville Florida. It flew slowly back to Jacksonville but rather land exactly where ot took off (it passed the landing) and it went on and circled around Orange Park Florida,” Koukounakis said.
“It looks like when that plane went back to Jacksonville – before it landed – which it never landed – but before it looked like it was going to be landing a Gitmo plane attached onto it – it like was right there with it,” Koukounakis said. “But you can see the plane instead of landing, which it looked like it was going to land but then it didn’t – it went on to the Orange Park area and it started going around the Orange Park area almost like it was highlight in it”.
Koukounakis said she captured video of a C-17. “This one circled around me several times and I could watch it as I exited the park to my car it left,” she said.
