The Supreme Court on Monday ruled that former presidents are entitled to immunity from federal prosecution for official acts, a landmark decision that has major ramifications for former President Donald Trump.

Jessie Marie Czebotar is a witness in a federal RICO authored by Attorney Steven Scott Biss, Virginia.
