Antony J. Blinken, Secretary of State, United States of America, dispatched operatives to break into the home of Attorney Steven Scott Biss, Virginia, with orders to steal Biss’ laptop and files. This, according to Manuel Chavez III, Carson City, Nevada, who recently said he participated.

BAR Association attorneys, allegedly, set forth in a conspiracy amongst themselves, to lie to the court and cover the whole thing up.
Here’s what we know.
On November 10, 2023, Binnall Law Group, an attorney firm that represents President Donald Trump, filed a Motion with the U.S. Court in New York, NY on behalf of their clients John and Leslie Flynn. The Flynn’s are part of the Flynn military family of retired General Michael Flynn and acting U.S. Army General Charles A. Flynn. Retired Gen. Michael Flynn served as a National Security Advisor with the Trump Administration in 2017 for the first 22 days until he was fired by Trump.
In the Motion, Binnall attorneys Jason Greaves and Jared J. Roberts alerted the judge that Plaintiff’s former counsel, Attorney Steven Scott Biss, “suffered a medical emergency”. “Mr. Biss’ office was broken into and ransacked by an unknown individual. Mr. Biss’ files are now no longer in order and are potentially missing. Further, Mr. Biss’ laptop, with client files, is also missing, being taken by an unknown person”.
However…
According to Chavez, Binnall Law Group is “lying”.
On November 20, 2023, Chavez went Live on his You Tube channel called Defango and spilled the beans. EDITORS NOTE: The date on this sentence was corrected on November 27, 2023.
“I have like a real job again, I work for the government,” Chavez said.
“Somebody is lying right now. And right now, I can unequivocally say that the Binnall Law Group and Jesse Binnall are lying about this situation. Specifically, Jared J. Roberts and Jason Greaves because number one, no files were stolen. The State of Virginia BAR receiver has the laptop and has all of the files that are contained within and there is and there has never been any issue for any of Biss’s clients to get their files if they were contacted by this individual,” Chavez said.
Chavez categorically mentioned “Jesse Binnall” who is an attorney with Binnall Law Group who represents Donald Trump.
Chavez also mentioned Attorneys Jared J. Roberts and Jason Greaves who are attorneys for Binnall that represent the Flynn’s.
Sorting through the information in advance of establishing the true and actual chain of events has become an extended task for TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS because, as Chavez said, “Somebody is lying right now”.
According to Chavez, (a.k.a. Defango), he (Chavez) participated in the transfer of the Biss files, which he said he did at the behest of Attorney Biss’ wife, Tanya Biss.
On September 26, 2023, Chavez issued a statement on You Tube where he admits he participated. Chavez described how he logged into Biss’ computer using a program called Team Viewer, that was quickly installed for this very purpose, whereupon he transferred all of Biss’ clients’ files and evidence to a USB drive.
“Everything was available and I even, myself, over remote software was able to verify when somebody – when the Virginia State BAR and the State Department entered Mr. Steven Biss’ house without permission from Tanya Biss and Steven Biss – because he’s a fucking vegetable. They broke into the house, and they took the files. Not me, even though that is the narrative that people are saying right now is that Manuel Chavez the guy that livestreamed that day somehow flew from Nevada to Virginia broke into the house and somehow took all of the files just to fuck everybody,” Chavez said.
During the You Tube video Chavez is seen openly communicating with Tanya Biss who is logged in and commenting in the Discord chat room. Tanya Biss repeatedly wires money to Chavez during the airing. During the airing Chavez talks about Biss’ clients “Devin Nunes” and the Flynn’s.
“I do have a copy of all of his legal files,” Chavez said.
Tanya Biss is the paralegal for her husband Steven Biss, and the transfer of money by Tanya Biss to Chavez creates questions about violations of federal law due to the dynamics of what is occurring.
THE U.S. STATE DEPARTMENT AND THE “Q” “QAnon” PSY-OP
During the September 26, 2023, statement by Chavez, he said, “What are they going to do when the Flynn’s are going into court with the Defango Affidavit”.
Chavez is referring to an offer he has on the table to the Flynn’s whereby Chavez will sign a sworn affidavit that he is in fact the mysterious “Q” and/or “QAnon” which will get the Flynn’s off the hook.
Days before the Chavez statement on September 26, 2023, Joe Flynn logged into Twitter and talked about “Defango” being “Q”.
On September 21, 2023, Joeseph Flynn, a client of Attorney Biss and one of the brothers in the Flynn family, logged into Twitter and said his brother “Mike” is not Q. Joe Flynn said, “Defango and his crew” are Q.
Chavez said he observed an email wherein Attorney Biss advised his clients, the Flynn’s, against the idea of a ‘Defango affidavit’.
According to Chavez, the theft that took place at the Biss home was committed by operatives of the U.S. State Department working with the Virginia BAR Association.
Chavez was only getting started with his revelations about what really happened with the Biss files – and who was involved.
Chavez said Attorney Biss is an attorney for the U.S. Department of State.
“…as you may have not known Steven Biss actually worked for the U.S. State Department – I don’t think that you know this – nobody really knew this – the only reason that I know this is because I perused some files and while perusing the files, I realized there was a connection to a woman named Elizabeth McNamara,” Chavez said.
TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS located an attorney named “Elizabeth A. McNamara” with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, Seattle, Washington.
“Liz has represented Associated Press, CBS, CNN, Conde Nast, Financial Times, Hachette Book Group, Insider, Macmillan, Microsoft, NBC, Penguin Random House, Rolling Stone, Sesame Workshop, Showtime, Simon & Shuster, Tik Tok, Time Inc., and Wenner Media,” McNamara’s website says.
ESPIONAGE OPERATION
The explosion of criminal activity surrounding Attorney Steven Biss and his computer files, as described by Binnall Law Group, did not just magically happen in September of 2023.
There was a lot going on.
On July 10, 2023, Timothy Charles Holmseth, a client of Attorney Biss, filed a document into case number 2:23-cv-00011 – U.S. Court – Eastern District of Tennessee, entitled AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH REGARDING VIOLATIIONS OF THE ESPIONAGE ACT. The Affidavit set forth facts and details regarding Biss’ representation of him (Holmseth), as well as Biss’ representation of Holmseth’s escrow agent Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota.
The Affidavit explains Erickson’s activity with JSOC and actionable intelligence she turned over to the U.S. Courts and U.S. Military.
“Erickson turned over evidence and intelligence to the United States Department of Defense headquarters (Pentagon), United States Army at Fort Campbell, Tennessee-Kentucky, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Naval Base Coronado, California, FBI, Office of the Texas Governor, Christopher Edward Hallett, E~Clause LLC, Kirk Lee Pendergrass, E~Clause LLC, and others. Under what appears to be the guise of a civil RICO action, Biss requested Erickson turn over evidence she possessed comprised of investigative journalist work product and websites of Timothy Charles Holmseth, affidavits from Jessie Marie Czebotar containing her detailed eyewitness accounts of torture, rape, murder, and cannibalism she eye witnessed being committed by U.S. Presidents and world leaders, as well as details of Top Secret military operations that took place at various locations including inside U.S. Military installations (e.g., Area 51),” Holmseth said in his Affidavit.
“Biss never filed a Notice of Appearance for Erickson and abandoned her at a critical last moment which caused her to lose a case. I recognized Biss’ tactics because he did precisely all the same things to me. Plaintiff subsequently contacted President Donald J. Trump via his attorney, and advised Trump that Attorney Biss was representing Trump’s CEO of Truth Social, Devin Nunes. Plaintiff alerted Trump that Biss told Erickson to advise Plaintiff to stop writing about “Michael Flynn” and that Biss was the lawyer for the Flynn family,” Holmseth’s Affidavit said.
On November 2, 2023, TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS reported, “BREAKING NATIONAL SECURITY! WIFE OF GENERAL MICHAEL FLYNN’S ATTORNEY SAYS HER HUSBAND IS A “SPY””.
On April 16, 2023, Timothy Charles Holmseth contacted Attorney Steven Biss and alerted Attorney Biss that a man named William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida, who had been meeting with the Minneapolis FBI to plan what he called “Operation Chaos”, and reporting news for the FBI on his news program while wearing FBI and CIA letters and logos on his person, announced there was a sealed felony arrest warrant for Randi Lynn Erickson.
Holmseth contacted the FBI regarding Murtaugh, who appears to be the man depicted in an FBI sketch of notorious mobster and serial killer James ‘Whitey’ Bulger, after Murtaugh posted a threat to Holmseth on Twitter and alluded to the fact that he is in fact Bulger. The Report by Holmseth to the FBI is filed in 2:23-cv-00091 – Eastern District of Tennessee.
Attorney Biss represented Holmseth in a lawsuit filed in the U.S. Court in Florida that named multiple Defendants including Wiliam Kevin Murtaugh. Holmseth’s ability to use subpoena power to investigate Murtaugh’s background and identity ended when Biss failed to make a filing on time and the case was dismissed.
On November 6, 2023, after a series of developments, Holmseth contacted the U.S. Secret Service and articulated a possible threat on the life of President Donald J. Trump.
