On May 14, 2019, Chicago Tribune reported, “Wheaton police Chief James F. Volpe is resigning next month to become director of the College of DuPage’s Suburban Law Enforcement Academy, which trains aspiring police officers”.

James Volpe is named by Jessie Marie Czebotar in a FEDERAL RICO COMPLAINT naming Hillary Clinton’s bodyguard, DEFENDANT Craig (Sawman) Sawyer. The COMPLAINT was authored by Attorney Steven S.
