James O’Keefe, O’Keefe Media Group is reporting his group was present at the ICE-related shooting of Alex Jeffrey Pretti on Saturday, January 24, 2026 – whereupon O’Keefe reported he received a death threat by text sent by dangerous killers who ominously showed O’Keefe his very own license plate number.
“I’ve never seen anything like this. Every vehicle downtown, they’re able to track, run the plates, confirm who they are, get their ID, like they did in my case,” O’Keefe said on the Megyn Kelly Show.
O’Keefe’s report has led to an explosive development.
U.S. Court exhibitive evidence that was in the possession of Biss Law Office, Charlottesville, Virginia, (before Biss Law Office was burglarized and all of his law files were stolen) shows the RICO case (the Hillary Clinton cannibalism case) authored by Attorney Steven Scott Biss on behalf of his client, PLAINTIFF Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota, against DEFENDANT Craig (Sawman) Sawyer (Hillary Clinton’s bodyguard) and others, contained threats made to Erickson and Timothy Charles Holmseth that specifically warned Holmseth he was going to be tracked down using “license plate scanners“.
Attorney Steven Scott Biss is the attorney of FBI Director Kash Patel, former Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino, former Congressman and House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes, CIA Robert David Steele, retired General Michael Flynn and the Flynn family, John Sabal (aka QAnon John), former administrative tribunal (tax) judge Randi Lynn Erickson, and War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth.
The federal court exhibit in the possession of Biss Law Office was one of hundreds of threats Erickson and Holmseth received – it said:

The extortion threat sent to Timothy Holmseth on his GAB account referred to someone called “Murt”.
Murt is a man from Florida named William Kevin Murtaugh. Murt is alleged to be the infamous Boston mobster James ‘Whitey’ Bulger who was given a new identity by the DOJ. In the video below you will see Murtaugh film himself at the Minneapolis FBI building in the summer of 2020 during what he called “Operation Chaos” and/or “The Chaos Project” and boast that he met with FBI agents for 4 hours and received details about major events that were coming.
The extortion threat also mentioned “Neely” (Neely Petrie Blanchard) and what Murtaugh refers to as group out of “Ocala” which is a reference to E~Clause LLC. Murtaugh predicts bad things are coming for E~Clause. Shortly thereafter, on November 15, 2020, Christopher Edward Hallett, CEO, E~Clause, was assassinated in his home (shot in the head) and his beloved friend, Neely Petrie Blanchard was framed for the murder (she was dubbed the QAnon mom).
Christopher Hallett was auditing the courts under authorization of U.S. Congress.
Murtaugh was hunting Holmseth because Holmseth is an FBI Jeffrey Epstein child trafficking witness and Christopher Hallett, E~Clause LLC, was Holmseth’s Power of Attorney. Hallett filed Lawful Notification of Process to President Donald J. Trump and U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham on behalf of Holmseth. Holmseth had been judicially kidnapped via a conspiracy between CIA and BAR Association operatives in Florida, and local cops in East Grand Forks, Minnesota who used the State of Minnesota to charge Holmseth with “harassment” for publishing files about Epstein and others – the prosecution by State of Minnesota was a sham conducted under the protection of Governor Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison.
