Yesterday I issued a PRESERVATION NOTICE to the City of Newport, Tennessee. The NOTICE was given to Attorney Terry Hurst, city attorney, Newport, TN.
The NOTICE said in part:
In Re: FBI Jeffrey Epstein Child Sex Trafficking Investigation Case Witness [REDACTED] / Newport Police Filmed [REDACTED] Children Based on False Pretenses / PRESERVATION NOTICE
The PRESERVATION NOTICE said:
PRESERVATION NOTICE
I hereby demand the City of Newport preserve and protect ANY and ALL records, in any form whatsoever, including electronic communications, texts, telephone calls, emails, as well as (but not limited to) Body Cam and Dash Cam, of incidents involving City of Newport with [REDACTED], and/or [REDACTED], and/or Timothy Charles Holmseth, or minor children under the care of [REDACTED] and/or [REDACTED].
UPDATE
I am seeking the public’s help with identifying a man who identifies himself as a police officer of the Newport, Tennessee Police Department.
My camera evidence shows a name plate on the police officer that appears to say either “A. Lado” or “A. Ladd”. SEE ATTACHED
I viewed the Newport City Police Department’s officially published roster of police employees but cannot find this officer named Ladd and/or Lado and/or whatever it is.
The police officer (SEE ATTACHED) approached my daughter and demanded to see all of her children. The police officer approached my daughter approximately 1-1/2 hours after somebody tried to run my daughter off the road. The police officer insisted I give him the names of five of my grandchildren. The police officer videotaped my grandchildren. The police officer did not attempt to approach my daughter or her children in any kind of a timely fashion – rather appears to have waited until I was present before rolling up.
The officer appeared obsessed with obtaining information and using his body camera to film people – but the body cam will show he literally had no real handle on any operative facts (I continuously questioned him) (e.g. he didn’t know if it was my daughter’s car or my car, despite the cars being completely different colors).
I am still attempting to confirm whether or not this man/officer was acting in an ‘official capacity’ because he was ultra vague about who sent him.
