Binnall Law Group, a law firm that has represented President Donald Trump in various legal cases, is conspiring against the American People to protect an espionage operation involving FBI Director Kash Patel – a spy network that was/is staging out of Biss Law Office, Charlottesville, Virginia.

On August 27, 2025, Attorneys Jason Greaves and Jared Roberts of the Binnall Law Group, representing their client PLAINTIFF Alexis Wilkins (a Nashville country singer), filed a Defamation lawsuit against DEFENDANT Kyle M. Seraphin (a former FBI agent turned podcaster).

“Defendant Kyle M. Seraphin has maliciously lied about Alexis Wilkins,
falsely asserting that she—an American-born country singer—is an agent of a foreign government, assigned to manipulate and compromise the Director of the FBI,” the Complaint said.

Evidence shows the Complaint is an elaborate public relations scheme crafted and designed to confuse the American People and obfuscate the fact FBI Director Kash Patel, Wilkins’ boyfriend, is in fact a spy engaging in espionage along with co-conspirators that were staging operations out of the law office of Steven Scott Biss, Virginia.

“[DEFENDANT KYLE SERAPHIN] is accusing Ms. Wilkins of being a spy for a foreign government, conducting espionage to undermine our national security and/or to manipulate federal law enforcement at the highest level, and even committing treason. These accusations are all categorically false, and Defendant knows it,” the Complaint said.
