I am investigating evidence of a planned MASSIVE THEFT of MINNESOTA WATER and LAND.
I am conducting this journalistic investigation in the scope and purview of my War Correspondence. I have evidence this theft is being committed by a Sovereign Foreign Military disguised as ‘officials’.
The theft, which is procedurally already underway, involves a plan by Minnesota Power to illegally convert PUBLIC WATER and PUBLIC LAND located near Lake Superior in Minnesota, into the possession of Minnesota Power.
The area in question has already been officially converted into a private membership-only club called United Northern Sportsmen – an ownership situation that blocks the entire body of public land and water off from the public.
The conspirators behind this have taken a right, converted the right into a privilege, and then attached a fee to it.
In sum and substance – they are illegally changing the ownership of the water rights.
The theft involves the legal descriptions and functions of the Island Lake Reservoir and Island Lake Dam. SEE MAP which includes the City of Cloquet.
THE BASICS
The water flow from Lake Superior flowing into the basin, which is part of the Great Lakes, is controlled by the Army Corps of Engineer, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) – – – and it involves the Island Lake Dam.
The basin is/was an area that is purposely created – and then the flow of that water becomes federally regulated.
But that’s not happening.
Evidence shows the actions by Minnesota Power regarding the conversion of these public waters to private have taken place without the knowledge of the Army Corps of Engineers.
I can confirm the Army Corps of Engineers did NOT know.
