This is an update on my investigation into the Charlie Kirk murder, Erika Kirk CIA Christian Cover Life scandal, and FBI Director Kash Patel addressing Charlie Kirk after he was dead and promising to see Kirk in “Valhalla”.
In the course of my War Correspondence, I began reporting on a Satanic notebook obtained by Melissa Grover, MN, which was publicly decoded by Federal Plaintiff and Congressional Petitioner Jessie Marie Czebotar.
Czebotar is the Plaintiff in 8:24-cv-02988 – U.S. COURT – FLORIDA – TAMPA DIVISION.
My Minnesota investigation includes a focus on any illegal activities of U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth.
On September 25, 2025, the local newspaper of record in Tracy, MN published “Mobile home park owner under fire“.
The mobile home park in question is owned by Michael Grover, the husband of Melissa Grover.
The basic facts are that public officials decided Michael Grover was required to build a storm shelter for the safety of his tenants. Michael Grover faces losing his State License unless he builds a storm shelter.
My investigation involves evidence that Open Meeting laws were violated by local officials to conduct a “hearing” that violated required process.
I’m examining possible bad-faith motives by STATE OF MINNESOTA.
I spoke with Per Peterson, editor, Tracy Area Headlight Herald, who confirmed that the Herald is the paper of legal record, but, he said, the paper did not publish a Notice for the hearing.
Peterson said he was notified of the hearing via an email from Tom Dobson, coordinator, Economic Development Authority.
According to Michael Grover, he (Grover) attended a hearing in Marshall, MN. Grover said he asked the attorney representing the other side if there was an “Administrative Tribunal Judge” present. Grover said the attorney replied, “No, it’s just a hearing”.
I’m obtaining the names of all the public officials that attended the hearing.
Melissa Grover has been repeatedly subjected to MN arrest warrants, arrested, and imprisoned.
I identified myself to Editor Peterson as a War Correspondent as designated by U.S. District Judge Clifton Corker.
I advised Peterson that Melissa Grover appeared on a panel with Czebotar and that Czebotar decoded a Satanic notebook. The video is called “Their Secret Cities”. Within 1-minute Czebotar reveals a secret location called “Valhalla”.
I advised Peterson Czebotar is credible and according to U.S. Court records, she attended a satanic ritual in Asheville, NC where she eye-witnessed Elon Musk being ritually raped by Cardinal Timothyy Dolan – an event also attended by Hillary Clinton.
I advised Peterson “Donald Trump” knows about it.
