I am examining U.S. Court case 8:24-cv-02988 – Middle District of Florida – Tampa Division
Filings show Petitioner Kara Neumiller, Casper, Wyoming, filed a Petition for Protection for Injunction against Respondent Jacob Neumiller.
The facts and circumstances alleged in the case involve “sexually explicit conduct” as described in 18 U.S. Code § 3509 – Child victims’ and child witnesses’ rights

(C)masturbation;
(D)lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of a person or animal; or
(E)sadistic or masochistic abuse;

The case involves a minor child that alleges he is being raped, tortured, filmed for pornography, and forced to participate in satanic rituals and cannibalism.
The minor child has clearly identified other children being held captive in Casper, Wyoming and elsewhere by their very NAMES and the number of their cage number.
Kara Neumiller entered emails into the U.S. Court in the federal case that showed Attorney Heidi Whitaker communicated to her (Neumiller) that if she pursued the Florida federal case, she would lose custody of the minor child (the VICTIM) in the Wyoming family court.
Evidence shows the case is a matter of National Security that affects the entire nation and world.
Evidence shows Attorney Whitaker is tampering with a federal case filed by the minor child’s chaplain, Jessie Marie Czebotar, who alleges her life has been threatened as retaliation for assisting the minor child.
