The subject matter of yesterday’s War Report regarding the situation involving Minnesota Power, ALLETE, water from Lake Superior, a Reservoir and Dam in the State of Minnesota, and questions regarding federal law, are supported by a statement from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

INVESTIGATIVE OVERVIEW
This situation began in 2024 long before President Donald Trump defeated Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz in the Presidential election.
EVIDENCE SHOWS Minnesota Power is illegally converting public land in Minnesota into the private. Minnesota Statute requires oversight by the State of Minnesota, but this oversight did not take place. State approval is required for all this activity – but the State is not involved. Additionally – there are federal laws that come into play because the water is from a Great Lake – as well as issues that I am investigating involving funding and money.
SIMPLY PUT – they are selling off the land because they want the water rights. That’s why they’re selling the land all the way around the water. Then they’re going to say Minnesota Power owns the water. They don’t have a right to do it. Water is valuable. The coldest and best water comes out of Lake Superior. The water in question is connected to Lake Superior. This situation involves a reservoir so they can control how high and low it goes. Once the sale happens you don’t have any more fresh water, and they own all the fish and all the breeding grounds for it. The water comes from Lake Superior to the Cloquet River, and to the St. Louis River and it sits in a basin which is the Reservoir in question. The freshest water is pushed out by Dam to the people that need it. They have already created a private club on the land called United Northern Sportsmen which requires you pay a fee – and you must be approved.
Evidence shows this activity is a criminal conspiracy being perpetuated by individuals who have sworn an oath to a sovereign foreign Government that is supported by its own Sovereign Foreign Military, and the oath the conspirators took supersedes any oath they took to United States Constitution.
