KASH PATEL’S ATTORNEY JESSE BINNALL DEMANDS OLIVIA TROY MAKE PUBLIC RETRACTION OR PATEL IS GOING TO SUE HER

Jesse Binnall, Binnall Law Group, the attorney for Kash Patel, has issued a Retraction Demand to Ms. Olivia Troye for statements Troye made on MSNBC about Patel.
Troye announced the situation on social media.
In a letter dated December 4, 2024, Jesse Binnall alleged that on December 2, 2024, Troye made false and defamatory statements that Patel would “lie about intelligence” and would “lie about making things up on operations” and that Patel “put the lives of Navy SEALS at risk when it came to Nigeria” and that Mr. Patel was even misinforming Vice President Mike Pence.
Binnall Law Group is at the center of an international espionage operation scandal and stands accused by one of the co-conspirators, Manuel Chavez III (DEFANGO) of lying about the theft of an entire database of files that were stolen from Virginia Attorney Steven Scott Biss.

Biss’ wife, Tanya Biss, has stated that her husband is a spy for the CIA and U.S. State Department and has been since 1985.
“Somebody is lying right now and right now I can unequivocally say that the Binnall Law Group and Jesse Binnall are lying about this situation – specifically Jared J. Roberts,” Manuel Chavez III said.

On November 10, 2023, Binnall Law Group, an attorney firm that represents President Donald Trump, filed a Motion with the U.S. Court in New York, NY on behalf of their clients John and Leslie Flynn. The Flynn’s are part of the Flynn military family of retired General Michael Flynn and acting U.S. Army General Charles A. Flynn. Retired Gen. Michael Flynn served as a National Security Advisor with the Trump Administration in 2017 for the first 22 days until he was fired by Trump.
In the Motion, Binnall attorneys Jason Greaves and Jared J. Roberts alerted the judge that Plaintiff’s former counsel, Attorney Steven Scott Biss, “suffered a medical emergency”. “Mr. Biss’ office was broken into and ransacked by an unknown individual. Mr. Biss’ files are now no longer in order and are potentially missing. Further, Mr. Biss’ laptop, with client files, is also missing, being taken by an unknown person”.
