On March 7, 2025, NETFLIX released “CHAOS – The Manson Murders”.
The film reveals little known facts about the notorious grisly murders of seven people in California in 1969, slaughtered by cult members under the control of Charles Manson, and sets forth evidence that the Manson Murders were actually part of a CIA operation that involved a mind-control program called MK Ultra that was being overseen by the infamous monster Dr. Louis Jolyon West.
The MK Ultra program was a CIA torture-based mind-control program that utilized LSD and was used on prisoners, including the infamous mobster James ‘Whitey’ Bulger.
In 2018 investigative news reporter Timothy Charles Holmseth began reporting on a CIA satanic torture program that involved the horrific torture of a child from California named John Hilary Hanley. Holmseth would eventually be referred to as “The Legend” by JSOC special operators (WAR CASTLES/Robert Horton, etc.) as Holmseth continued releasing the true details of the Jeffrey Epstein operation and international human trafficking cartel – many staging out of California military bases.
The NETFLIX film CHAOS sets forth evidence that the Manson Murders were part of, yet another CIA program called “Operation Chaos“.
Operation CHAOS or Operation MHCHAOS was a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) domestic espionage project targeting American citizens operating from 1967 to 1974, established by President Lyndon B. Johnson and expanded under President Richard Nixon, whose mission was to uncover possible foreign influence on domestic race, anti-war, and other protest movements. The operation was launched under Director of Central Intelligence (DCI) Richard Helms by chief of counter-intelligence James Jesus Angleton.
Evidence shows the CIA programs of MK Ultra and Operation Chaos continued without cease into the present day – albeit secretly and/or un-officially under different names.
The existence of the existence of the CIA programs resurfaced decades later.
In 2010, Timothy Charles Holmseth, an award-winning news reporter from East Grand Forks, Minnesota, was interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI after he accidently stumbled upon an FBI-CIA child trafficking operation being run, in large part, by an FBI-CIA agent named “John Regan” who, according to Holmseth’s source Wayanne Kruger, was a violent child rapist who used a litany of aliases during his black-market baby sales operations – all connected to Jeffrey Epstein.
Holmseth would eventually learn that FBI John Regan was one and the same as another FBI agent, Bob Hamer, who was made famous by Oprah, Sean Hannity, and FOX NEWS.
Wayanne Kruger explained to Holmseth during recorded interviews that FBI agent John Regan and members of the Florida judicial community were kidnapping and trafficking babies and children though the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC.

Between 2011 and 2019, Timothy Charles Holmseth was arrested (kidnapped) 4 times by the STATE OF MINNESOTA and charged with “Harassment”. The non-existent crime(s) Holmseth was charged with were based upon allegations that Holmseth violated an INJUNCTION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST REPEAT VIOLENCE that had been issued against Holmseth in the STATE OF FLORIDA in the BROWARD COUNTY DOMESTIC VIOLENCE COURT by a Family Court judge named Michael Kaplan.
Broward County, Florida was one of the main areas where the children described by Kruger were being trafficked by CPS and social services through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC.
The Florida Court Order was an FBI-CIA HOAX.
Holmseth had never been to Florida and had no domestic relationships with anybody in Florida. Despite Holmseth being charged with no crime, and Holmseth NOT being a felon, the Florida Court Order stated Holmseth (a Minnesota resident) was required to turn all his firearms and ammunition over to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, remove already-legally-published content from his website, and never again mention certain people or he would go to prison. The content Holmseth was being forced to retroactively remove from the Web pertained to the Jeffrey Epstein/Ukrainian Embassy baby sales Holmseth was told about.
In 2018 Holmseth retained Attorney Steven Scott Biss at the recommendation of another Biss client, CIA Officer Robert David Steele. Biss filed a lawsuit on behalf of Holmseth in the Southern District of Florida – 0:19-cv-60002. Biss is the attorney of Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, Robert David Steele, Devin Nunes, retired General Michael Flynn, Randi Lynn Erickson, Timothy Charles Holmseth, and others.
In 2019, while being held prisoner by the STATE OF MINNESOTA in Polk County, Holmseth turned Power of Attorney over to Christopher Edward Hallett and Kirk Lee Pendergrass, E~Clause LLC, Florida. E~Clause was auding the fraudulent legal cases against Holmseth that were clearly in violation of The Hobbs Act – a racketeering based federal law,
Holmseth’s discoveries that began in 2009 during his independent reporting on the high-profile child related cases of HaLeigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony (which led to the Jeffrey Epstein – Ukraine information), placed Holmseth squarely in the sights of a group that included a man from Apopka, Florida, named William Kevin Murtaugh. Murtaugh wore FBI and CIA and U.S. Marshals on his clothing as he went Live on his You Tube channel FROM THE DESK OF MURTWITNESSONE.
Murtaugh became bizarrely obsessed with Timothy Charles Holmseth.
Holmseth would eventually realize Williiam Kevin Murtaugh was one and the same as the infamous Boston mobster and FBI informant James (Whitey) Bulger.
In 2017, shortly after Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton and became president, Hillary Clinton’s bodyguard Craig (Sawman) Sawyer formed Veterans For Child Rescue Inc (V4CR), Arizona. Holmseth, realizing that V4CR was a child sex trafficking operation disguised as a rescue group, began to investigate V4CR and realized that an FBI agent named “Bob Hamer” who was serving on the Board of Advisors for V4CR was actually one and the same as FBI agent “John Regan“.
In the same way Holmseth had realized that FBI agent John Regan was actually FBI agent Bob Hamer, he (Holmseth) realized William Kevin Murtaugh was actually “James (Whitey) Bulger.
Holmseth filed information regarding Murtaugh’s true identity into the U.S. Court in Eastern Tennessee 2:23-cv-00011.
OPERATION CHAOS
In 2020, as the upcoming election loomed, William Murtaugh published a produced video that featured the ominous crack of thunder and text that scrolled across the screen that said, “CHAOS IS COMING 9/14/2020”.
Murtaugh (Bulger) continued to promote what he called “Operation Chaos” and “The Chaos Project” which eventually culminated into videos he published that documented his flight to Minnesota and his meeting with the FBI. Murtaugh videotaped himself in the FBI parking lot where he announced that he had met with FBI agents for 4 hours. He said he learned things he did not know before the meeting and said the coming year was going to be “the year of the Maalox moment”. Murtaugh boasted that something bad was coming for a group out of “Ocala” Florida, which was a reference to Christoper Edward Hallett, the CEO of E~Clause LLC.
On November 15, 2020, Christoper Hallett, the loss prevention specialist who was auditing the government and tracking global COVID-19 source codes (Hallett is sometimes called ‘the first Elon Musk) was assassinated in his kitchen – shot in the head.
OPERATION CHAOS TARGETS TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH
While conducting Operation Chaos in Minnesota and Wisconsin, Murtaugh (Bulger) traveled to the radio studio of Field McConnell in Plum City, Wisconsin and filmed it. Murtaugh then proceeded to the FBI in Minnesota and filmed it. He then traveled to Polk County, Minnesota where he went to the Polk County Justice Ceneter in Crookston regarding Holmseth. He went to the East Grand Forks Police Department and met with Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek about Holmseth. Murtaugh went to former employers of Holmseth and filmed their businesses. He went to the apartment complex where Holmseth lived in 2009 when he (Holmseth) conducted the Jeffrey Epstein/Ukrainian Embassy interviews – Murtaugh filmed the building. Murtaugh also filmed Holmseth’s parking space – Apartment 17. Murtaugh then traveled to Anoka County, Minnesota and met with law enforcement about Holmseth.
