On November 21, 2017, Attorney Scott J. Link filed a document with a heading “PLAINTIFF/COUNTER-DEFENDANT JEFFREY EPSTEIN’S APPENDIX OF DOCUMENTS IN SUPPORT OF HIS REVISED OMNIBUS MOTION IN LIMINE” (these documents were obtained from the Epstein Files recently released by the DOJ).
The Appendix contains an entry pertaining to the scheduling of a video deposition of DONALD TRUMP in 2009.
Attached is a document filed by PLAINTIFF, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA that contains a massive list of properties and assets seized, which includes and entry that said, “(B117) SCOTT W. ROTHSTEIN’S EQUITY INTEREST, AND LICENSING RIGHTS, IN ALTERNATIVE BIOFUEL COMPANY;”.
Any search of the Florida Division of Corporations for an entity called “ALTERNATIVE BIOFUEL COMPANY” renders no result for specified query. The ONLY result shows ALTERNATIVE BIOFUELS TECHNOLOGIES INC.
We know ALTERNATIVE BIOFUEL TECHNOLOGIES INC is the TRUE company because Private Investigator William K. Staubs (aka Cobra the Bounty Hunter), Case Closed Inc., Florida, who was searching for the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in 2009, told investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth that the entire situation involving the child kidnapping was connected to an “oil Company” and a huge law firm in Florida called “Rothstein”. Staubs told Holmseth about an investors party that was attended by Florida Governor Charlie Crist, Arizona Senator John McCain and others.

In a series of recordings obtained by Timothy Holmseth, who began turning evidence over to the FBI in 2009 and was subsequently interviewed by the FBI in 2010, many people are captured on tape talking about the biofuel company which they often referred to as “ABT”.
Among the people on recording talking about ABT are Maria Burgun, Plantation, Florida, whose husband John Burgun is listed on the Articles of Incorporation of ALTERNATIVE BIOFUEL TECHNOLOGIES INC in Florida.
Another person captured on tape talking about the oil company is Jeremiah Regan who professed to be the son of FBI agent John Regan (FBI agent John Regan is one-in-the-same as FBI agent Bob Hamer of Oprah, Hannity, Bill O’Reilly, Fox & Friends, and Rudy Giuliani fame). Jeremiah Regan is furious because he thought he was going to work at the oil company. During the call Jeremiah Regan pointed out that he can’t be with a woman who is married.
Another person on tape discussing ABT is Michael James Picazio, a convicted felon who is named as the Director of the biofuel company on the Articles of Incorporation. Picazio is talking to Timothy Holmseth about the biofuel company and explained to Holmseth in great detail how he was considering giving Jeremiah Regan a position at the oil company.

Maria Burgun is heard on recording saying the Michael Picazio set up the HaLeigh Bug Foundation. Maria Burgun states she was working with ibi Designs (Ed Butera) who was creating the websites for both the HALEIGH BUG FOUNDATION and ALTERNATIVE BIOFUEL TECHNOLOGIES INC.
After Timothy Charles Holmseth learned the website located at www.haleighbug.com which was created by Butera, Butera telephoned Holmseth.
