During a press conference that aired on FOX LIVE today in Nogales, Arizona, Secretary Noem, along with other officials in law enforcement, addressed the tactics of the enemy that invaded the United States at the borders during the Biden Administration – – – Noem and the others described the objective of the enemy by repeatedly accentuating the word “chaos“.
Noem, alone, referred to “chaos” 3 times during her remarks – as other speakers also repeatedly used the word “chaos”. The day before, on February 3, 2026, House Speaker Mike Johnson also focused on “chaos” during a press conference.
