Former Putnam County, Florida Sheriff Jeff Hardy, who led the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation, is dead.

Florida media outlets are reporting “Former Putnam sheriff who investigated Haleigh Cummings’ disappearance dies at age 60”.

Putnam County Sheriff Gator Deloach announced Hardy’s death today – the Putnam County Sheriff’s Facebook page said Hardy died over the weekend.

In 2010 the Jacksonville, Florida FBI sent the Minneapolis, Minnesota FBI to interview award-winning news reporter Timothy Charles Holmseth, East Grand Forks, MN, who had obtained evidence regarding the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, as well as hours upon hours of recorded interviews with key figures in the case.

Holmseth was told by the missing child’s mothers victim’s advocate, Wayanne Kruger, that an attorney from Broward County, Florida was facilitating “fake adoptions” with a CIA-FBI agent named John Regan and running a black-market baby sales operation connected to Jeffrey Epstein and the now-imprisoned Florida attorney Scott W. Rothstein through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washinton DC. Holmseth later learned the FBI agent “John Regan” was actually the famous FBI agent “Bob Hamer”. Kruger and multiple other witnesses told Holmseth that “John Regan” said he was an “undercover pedophile for the FBI”.

Holmseth was told by Donald Knop, who in 2009 was a legal assistant for an attorney representing HaLeigh Cumming’s mother, that the attorney gave him (Knop) naked photos of HaLeigh that showed close-up images of the child’s vagina after she had been sexually assaulted. Knop told Holmseth he gave the photos to a Florida DCF social worker named Bonnie Warner in the parking lot of a gas station. Holmseth captured DCF Warner on recording while she was talking to William E. Staubs (aka Cobra the Bounty Hunter) admitting that Knop gave her the naked pictures. Warner told Staubs ‘those were the pictures I couldn’t give to my supervisor’.

In 2011 Holmseth published “In Re: HaLeigh Cummings – The Shocking Truth Revealed”.

 

Holmseth reported the facts about the child rape photos of HaLeigh to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and Florida DCF.

It was all covered up.

Hours before the chaos of January 6, 2021, Holmseth captured self-described U.S. Secret Service Agent David Lester Straight on recording as Straight explained how he had drafted indictments which he said were going to be used to hang members of U.S. Congress. “What is your opinion if I give a copy of your book to Lin Wood,” Straight said.

Straight asked Holmseth this question hours after Attorney Lin Wood launched the most famous Tweet storm in history that he (Wood) began with a Tweet to President Donald J. Trump, asking Trump and the world to read a MEMO authored by Timothy Charles Holmseth that Holmseth had mailed to AG Jeff Sessions in 2017.

EPSTEIN NEGOTIATIONS

In 2010 I was an award-winning news reporter living in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. I was interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI regarding evidence I acquired, that implicated members of an FBI-CIA child trafficking operation (e.g. FBI agent John Regan [aka FBI agent Bob Hamer]) that was staging out of Florida and moving kidnapped children for Jeffrey Epstein.

In 2011 the STATE OF FLORIDA via a FAMILY COURT in Broward County issued an INJUNCTION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST REPEAT VIOLENCE against me to protect someone I had never met in my entire life.

The bogus order demanded I turn over all my firearms to Broward County, Florida and remove everything I published that implicated a black-market baby sales operation.

After the bogus court order was issued, the Broward County States Attorney’s Office received a request from Epstein’s operative(s) to have me arrested for a felony- claiming I violated the order. States Attorney Marie Wolf filed a MEMO declaring the order was bogus because no domestic relationship existed between the parties as required by Florida law.

So – Minnesota began kidnapping me – using the FRAUDULENT Florida order as an excuse.

On August 26, 2019, I was scheduled to be found ‘guilty’ in a rigged trial in Polk County, Minnesota – whereupon thereafter I was to be tortured and murdered.

I was accused of violating the Florida Injunction.

In my first jury trial (before the August 26, 2019, trial) the fraudulently obtained domestic violence protection order from FL (that was rejected by SA Wolf) was submitted as Exhibit A by EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad. The Petitioner named on Exhibit A in the fraudulent FL case was the ‘witness’ against me. The ‘witness’ simply verified her signature on Exhibit A.

I was being accused of a criminal offense that was NOT a crime against a living person (because I never met the Petitioner), but rather, a crime against a piece of paper that was generated in FL where I have never been.

The STATE OF FLORIDA was my alleged VICTIM!

During cross-examination I said, “I call the State of Florida to the stand”.

STATE OF FLORIDA did not take the stand, and I was not able to confront my accuser.

I did not show up on August 26, 2019.

I vanished.

During the immediate days following August 26, 2019, I was contacted by Melissa Grover, Minnesota. I did not know Melissa Grover and had never met her. Melissa Grover told me STATE OF MINNESOTA’S (Ronald Galstad’s) witness against me was negotiating, through her, to have the charges against me dropped if I agreed to certain things.

Also involved in these un-authorized ‘negotiations’ with Jeffrey Epstein’s black market baby salesmen was a man named Chad Cater, Middle River, Minnesota.
