On August 21, 2026, The Wall Street Journal reported “Trump administration attacks bar association’s power to accredit law schools”.
“The Trump administration is opening a new front in its campaign to remake higher education: threatening the American Bar Association’s power to accredit law schools. On Friday, the Education Department is taking the first step toward removing the ABA’s authority to accredit law schools, said David Barker, assistant secretary of education,” WSJ said.
The WSJ report followed my report of August 16, 2026 – “TRUMP’S AMERICAN STORM IS UPON US – RICO FILED BY ADMINISTRATIVE TAX JUDGE TRIGGERS SEX TRAFFICKING ARREST OF COUNTY ATTORNEY, ANOKA, MN”.
The August 16, 2026, report contained portions of a federal complaint in District of Minnesota that named 23 defendants. The Defendant list includes the “Florida BAR” “Minnesota BAR” and the “American BAR Association”.

U.S. Court records (Holmseth vs. Page et al – 3:22- CV – 00912 – RICO) filed in Tennessee’s Middle District against DEFENDANTS Craig Randall Sawyer, VETERANS FOR CHILD RESCUE INC, UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, and others, claims U.S. Judge Eric C. Tostrud participated in a racketeering scheme with Craig Randall Sawyer, V4CR, and attorneys (i.e., Droel Law) whereby the U.S. Court was used as an “instrumentality” of organized crime. SEE ATTACHED
Tostrud ABRUPTLY ruled against Plaintiff’s escrow agent, Randi Lynn Erickson, after Erickson, seeking to move the case into MILITARY JURISDICTION, filed a MOTION demanding that DEFENDANT SAWYER put his military status and background on the record in writing.
Sawyer is an admitted CIA contractor and his military background as SEAL TEAM 6 may be partially or totally fabricated.
