Marion County States Attorney Toby Hunt is involved with adoptions in Florida. 

NOTE: Before reading this article, the reader is encouraged to carefully ponder what the difference is between a legal “adoption” – as opposed to kidnapping and/or child trafficking.

In order to evaluate this subject one needs to make a decision about how much faith one has in ATTORNEYS, COURTS, and JUDGES.

For example – President Donald J. Trump is currently embroiled in a civil fraud suit brought against Trump in Manhattan at the direction of Attorney General Letita James in a case where Judge Arthur Engoron valued Trump’s Mar-a-lago estate in Florida at $18 Million. The New York Post reports the valuation is “utterly delusional”. Trump asserts the value of Mar-a-lago is at least $1 Billion.

The reader might use the Trump property valuation by Judge Engoron as a litmus test when determining how much faith one wants to put in a single person wearing a creepy black robe – as one makes their decision about how much trust one has in ATTORNEYS, COURTS, and JUDGES.

On December 16, 2023, the Ocala-Star Banner reported, “‘It was a very special day for these families’. Here’s why.”

The story began, “Close to 200 people packed Courtroom 1 on Friday for the traditional “Home for the Holidays,” an adoption ceremony held each year at the Marion County Judicial Center”.

“It was the largest adoption event ever in Marion County. The event celebrates some of Marion County’s most vulnerable children, whose adoptions with forever homes were finalized just in time for the winter holidays. This year’s them was “Winter Ball,” Ocala Star-Banner reported.

“Some girls wore princess dresses, while some boys were decked out in toy soldier uniforms and suits. In all, 37 children — ranging in age from newborn to teenagers — had their adoptions finalized on Friday,” Ocala Star-Banner reported.

“It may seem paradoxical that we hold this event on Friday the 13th,” Fifth Circuit Judge Sue Robbins told the packed courtroom, reported the Ocala Star-Banner.

“Robbins then told the packed courtroom that there is nothing superstitious about such a magical day for the 25 families who adopted children,” the Ocala Star-Banner reported.

The ceremonial movement of these children, that are removed from the custody of their parents, for reasons the public does not know, is blessed and sanctioned by the Ocala Star-Banner sharing the names of officials that attend.

“Frequent visitors to the annual event include many circuit and county judges, School Board members, officials with Department of Children and Families, Kids Central, Inc., and The Centers, Inc. The Centers, Inc., in conjunction with Kids Central, Inc., help sponsor the event. The Department of Children and Families contracts Kids Central for some case management services. Kids Central is a private, non-profit organization licensed by the State of Florida. The Centers is contracted as an adoption case management agency through Kids Central, Inc.” the Ocala Star-Banner.

SA TOBY HUNT AND THE FIRST-DEGREE MURDER CASE OF NEELY PETRIE BLANCHARD

When Marion County States Attorney Toby Hunt is not working with adoptions he does other things – such as prosecute murders.

During a recent recorded conversation with Alexandra Koukounakis, Neely Petrie Blanchard, who is presently charged with first-degree murder in Marion County, Florida where she’s been held without a bond hearing for over three years, told Koukounakis that her mother, Susan Blanchard, expressed she would like to adopt Neely Blanchard’s children.

The issue of adoption being put on the table raised eyebrows because Neely Blanchard’s entire situation involves the custody of her children, and legal action she was pursuing with U.S. Congress and the courts regarding her children, with the assistance of Christopher Hallett – her beloved friend and business colleague who she is accused of murdering on November 15, 2020.

While SA Hunt alleges Neely Petrie Blanchard ‘snapped’ and murdered Hallett in cold blood on November 15, 2020, because she was in a rage, actual documents seized and entered into evidence in the case show that on November 15, 2020, Neely Petrie Blanchard and Christopher Hallett were right on schedule with their plan to address Neely Blanchard’s plight. One piece of evidence shows Neely Petrie Blanchard and Christopher Hallett faxed a document directed to the Senate of Kentucky, during the same time-window SA Hunt and SA Amy Berndt allege Neely Blanchard emptied a gun into Chris Hallett’s head in his Ocala kitchen because she was so pissed off Hallett wasn’t doing anything.

In a clumsy case that is hopelessly riddled with inexplicable investigative anomalies – it was recently learned that Neely Blanchard was accused by jail guards of trying to flush photographs of her children down the toilet. Neely Blanchard constantly expresses her love for her children, who in fact, are the center of her torturous plight. However, creating a jail record of such an event could be used in an adoption hearing as evidence that Neely Blanchard is not fit as a parent.

Records show that long before Neely Blanchard was arrested suddenly for murder, she reported to law enforcement that her very small daughter told her, “Mommy, daddy stuck his wee-wee in my noo-noo and it was sticky like glue”. During an FBI interview after the Hallett murder, Neely Blanchard appealed to the agents regarding the plight of her children and told them what she reported years ago.

The murder prosecution against Neely Blanchard is being driven by Marion County Attorneys Toby Hunt and Amy Berndt.

Neely Blanchard is charged with first-degree murder of Christopher Hallett and has been in the Marion County Jail for over three years without a bond hearing. The facts and circumstances surrounding the murder charge against Neely Blanchard have long since been in serious question, with Neely Blanchard’s plight appearing to be connected to a Nefarious Network that is also connected to the suspicious murder case against Richard Allen in Delphi, Indiana.

When SA Hunt isn’t working adoptions and first-degree murder cases – he is going around the Clerk’s office to fill gigabytes of records request regarding the Hallett murder for William Kevin Murtaugh, an FBI operative from Apopka, Florida.

William Murtaugh (Murt) is very well known by the Florida judicial community because he’s been involved in so many missing child cases including Caylee Anthony, HaLeigh Cummings, Trenton Duckett, and the Delphi murders of Abigail Williams and Liberty German in Delphi, Indiana.

Murtaugh’s behavior regarding his involvement with missing children was covered by Channel 6 in Florida.

Neely Petrie Blanchard’s attorney, Jack Maro, is the attorney who communicates with SA Hunt and SA Berndt regarding the STATE of FLORIDA vs. NEELY PETRIE BLANCHARD. Blanchard recently revealed to Koukounakis during a phone call when she (Blanchard) was not in the ‘hole’ (Segregation) being punished by guards, that Attorney Maro was communicating with FBI Murtaugh and slipping her questions from Murtaugh. Murtaugh does 4-hour Livestreams about Neely Petrie Blanchard wherein he categorically says Neely Blanchard is guilty of murder.

It has been reported, based upon Neely Blanchard’s interviews on Infiltrated by Truth with Alexandra Koukounakis that Neely Petrie Blanchard said she is being tortured during satanic ritual abuse, as well as being anally raped in the Marion County Jail.

The extremely serious claims being made by Neely Petrie Blanchard are dwarfed in comparison, only by screenshots that use Murtaugh’s screen name on Pal Talk where the poster bragged about violently raping and murdering children.

Nonetheless… fellow BAR Association buddies SA Hunt, SA Berndt, and Maro, just love them some ‘Murt’.

William Murtaugh meets with the FBI in Minnesota and Florida. Murtaugh, who publicly stated he might be the infamous mobster and FBI informant James (Whitey) Bulger, while noting, that if he in fact was Bulger, he would be in the FBI Witness Protection Program, and warned the viewers that if anybody exposed his true identity they could be charged with “attempted murder” for exposing him because people really hate Whitey Bulger.

Unconfirmed reports are there is an interest in any and all electronic handshakes captured by the NSA between William Kevin Murtaugh and government officials.
