On April 6, 2023, FOX NEWS reported the attorneys of accused Delphi murderer Richard Allen said their client is enduring ‘prisoner of war’ conditions.
The assertion is true and supported by facts.
Evidence shows Richard Allen, the man accused of murdering Abigail Williams and Liberty German in Delphi, Indiana in February 2017, is, in reality, by lawful classification, a Prisoner of War.
Evidence shows the two girls were not murdered by Richard Allen, but in fact, were ritually sacrificed by a pagan cult that worships Odin, and, that the Odinites are part of a Foreign Military Order that is at war with the United States of America, the American People, and the United States Constitution
This fact is set forth in a recent published statement by Jessie Marie Czebotar, whose affidavits of truth are filed in the U.S. Court-MN, Fort Campbell, Kentucky-TN, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Office of the Texas Governor, E~Clause LLC, and elsewhere.

As a Prisoner of War, whose known location of capture and captivity is known, Richard Alen is eligible for rescue by Special Forces of the Unites States Military should such rescue be ordered by the Commander in Chief.

On March 5, 2023, we published the first installment of our 25-part series called “ARRESTED SUDDENLY – AN INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION OF TWO FIRST-DEGREE MURDER TRIALS UNDERWAY IN FLORIDA AND DELPHI, INDIANA (Pt. 1)“.
The series focused on the first-degree murder cases of Neely Petrie Blanchard, Florida, and Richard Allen, Delphi, Indiana.
The series reports the inescapable and undeniable realities that irrefutable evidence shows operatives of Foreign Powers and enemies of the United State of America, some of which whom are on the record as being in the United States of America illegally, have infiltrated the country under many different forms, and as part of their Satanic/Luciferian military takeover of the United States of America, are going in disguise under titles such as ‘Prosecuting Attorney’ and ‘Defense Attorney’ and ‘Judge’ and other government positions to bring localized ‘Prosecutions’ against innocent Americans.
On September 18, 2023, Andrew J. Baldwin, and Bradley A. Rozzi (Baldwin & Rozzi), the attorneys for Richard Allen, the man accused of murdering Abigail Williams and Liberty German in Delphi, Indiana, have filed a Memorandum in Support of Motion. They are asking the Search Warrant used in the case be deemed illegal and the fruits of the illegal warrant be suppressed.
Since the date of the Baldwin & Rozzi filing, more evidence has emerged.
Evidence shows Baldwin & Rozzi should be formally requesting Baldwin & Rozzi request the United States Military (Department of Defense) intervene in the matter that was brought by the STATE OF INDIANA against Richard Allen under the guise of being a legitimate murder case.

Evidence in the Memorandum filed by Baldwin & Rozzi shows Richard Allen is being tortured in enemy captivity. Evidence shows the torture is being inflicted through a conspiracy that involves members of a pagan cult called “Odinites”. Evidence, including published photos in the news, shows a once healthy-looking Rick Allen now appears starved, traumatized, and dying. Evidence in the Memorandum shows Rick is being held captive by the very people and/or satanic organization that actually ritually sacrificed Abigail Williams and Liberty German. Evidence shows Rick is begging someone to please not “shock” (electrocute) him. Evidence shows Rick is being tortured and told his wife and children will be murdered if did not get on the telephone and confess to the murders of Abby and Libby.
TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS has learned that Neely Petrie Blanchard, has recently been held in confinement in the STATE OF FLORIDA. Evidence shows Blanchard uncovered detailed evidence of the very Satanic “system” and trafficking networks that is described by Jessie Marie Czebotar.
Records with the STATE OF FLORIDA reveal the Prosecution and Defense in the murder case against Blanchard received a document entitled “Nefarious Network Report” filed as “Tangible Evidence” that was submitted by Alexandra Koukounakis, Canada.
While evidence shows Baldwin & Rozzi appear to be launching a vigorous defense for their client Rick Allen, evidence shows the attorney of Neely Petrie Blanchard has done little to nothing to defend Blanchard.
We have obtained evidence that Koukounakis has potentially made contact with Blanchard. Koukounakis asks Blanchard if she (Blanchard) has been given the opportunity to examine the Tangible Evidence submitted by Koukounakis entitled “Nefarious Network Report”.
