Did Archer spill the beans about James ‘Whitey’ Bulger?
It is widely reported that an attorney contacted the U.S. Clerk in the Hunter Biden case and tried to trick the Clerk into removing court filings using misrepresentation, trickery and fraud.
But it didn’t stop there.
The most hunted War Correspondent on the planet, Timothy Charles Holmseth, who exposed the Ukraine black-market baby sales scheme being run by the CIA and FBI through the Ukraine Embassy in Washington DC, also came under siege through federal court shenanigans.

There are developments in the Holmseth federal case.
Federal court records on PACER show Timothy Charles Holmseth filed a report of Mail Fraud to the U.S. Court in Tennessee’s Eastern District for case number 2:23-cv-00011.
Exhibitive evidence in the filing shows Holmseth learned an Order from the Court had been mailed to him through the USPS. The mail was returned to the Tennessee courthouse in Greeneville because according to the USPS delivery person it was undeliverable.
Here’s what happened next.
Holmseth showed that when he learned the mail was not delivered, he visited the UPS store in Hudson, Wisconsin where the supervisor told him their facility did NOT reject any mail and proved it by providing Holmseth with a stamp that should’ve appeared on the envelope – but didn’t. Evidence shows somebody made a conscious decision to not deliver that piece of U.S. Mail from the U.S. Court to Holmseth.
The August 1, 2023, filing by Holmseth shows screenshots from the twitter account of an FBI operative named William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida. The evidence shows that almost immediately after the U.S. Mail was returned to Holmseth, Murtaugh announced to the public that Holmseth was running a scam and overseeing a cult. Murtaugh said the mailing address Holmseth provided the U.S. Court had been deactivated by Holmseth in 2022 (which is obviously not true).

Murtaugh is named throughout the federal case in Tennessee.
Records show there is a Report to the FBI by Holmseth regarding Murtaugh ominously discussing the possibility he is actually the infamous mobster James ‘Whitey’ Bulger.
On June 29, 2023, a U.S. Court Magistrate Judge stated in a REPORT that Timothy Charles Holmseth alleges Public Official Defendants in STATE OF OHIO placed his (Holmseth’s) name into a federal database to stop his news reporting on international human trafficking, and a murder case in Florida (QANON MOM MURDER) (Neely Petrie Blanchard) (Christopher Edward Hallett) by having a corrupt Ohio judge named Frank Fregiato issue a “civil stalking order” against him, which was then placed in the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database.
“Plaintiff contends the orders were never mailed and that USPS and FedEx tracking numbers were fabricated to create the appearance of service,” the Magistrate said.
The Magistrate discussed Murtaugh.
“Murtaugh of Apopka, Florida, who Plaintiff contends threatened him on Twitter by posting a photograph of James “Whitey” Bulger
which Plaintiff claims included “a threat directed against Plaintiff that implied Plaintiff should beware, because he (Murtaugh) is in fact James ‘Whitey” Bulger” the Magistrate said.
The Magistrate said Holmseth “appeared to allege that the “FBI” was involved in a “conspiracy” against him.
