On January 31, 2024 CNN reported, “FBI director warns that Chinese hackers are preparing to ‘wreak havoc’ on US critical infrastructure“.
Evidence shows FBI Wray’s disingenuous warning (considering the invasion at the Border) may be a coordinated effort by the FBI in conspiracy with a Foreign Power to enter into the court and government records contained in courthouses for purposes of Election Interference and other illegal activity.
On January 31, 2024, we reported, “WAR CORRESPONDENT TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH’S SPECIAL REPORT ON FIDLAR/DOMINION RECORDS THEFT ENTERED INTO LEELANAU COUNTY, MICHIGAN RECORD“.
The stories from 2022 and 2023 pertained to the theft of land records, and a wide gamut of security issues connected to FIDLAR Technologies, Dominion, voting by mail, and other National Security issues caused by foreign powers accessing computer systems inside the United States and local courthouses.

Evidence has been uncovered that shows agents of a foreign power are stealing the land records in Minnesota (and across the United States), in what appears to be an operation that began in the 1990’s – and has been executed with military precision.
“They are stealing all of our records,” said Randi Lynn Erickson, a licensed abstractor, Notary, and former Truth and Taxation judge for the State of Minnesota.
Minnesota state statute requires Erickson, who has an oath to Public Trust, report any concerns of illegal activity, first internally, and then, to the legislature.

The day before FBI Wray announced a cyber-attack was expected, CNN reported “Fulton County government outage: Cyberattack brings down phones, court site and tax systems“.
The CNN story does not pertain to the companies that were focused on in TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS stories but appears to be the same type of nefarious activity in a Courthouse involving Records.

Fulton County System Outage
Fulton County is experiencing an unexpected county-wide IT outage that is currently affecting multiple systems. The Fulton County Department of Information Technology is currently working to address the issue.
This outage is affecting Fulton County VOIP phone systems, so most offices are unable to accept phone calls and emails until further notice.
In addition to other Departments and offices, the Office of The Fulton County Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts has also been impacted by this outage. While our downtown offices are open for business during this time, all transaction types will be limited or experience delays; however, we remain committed to serving you during this unexpected time.

PENNSYLVANIA UNDER CYBER -ATTACK
Georgia is not the only State experiencing serious issues with their records.
On January 27, 2024, Sheila Sten posted on a website called Source of Title and reported serious issues in Pennsylvania.

“My county is the victim of a cyber attack. It started Friday January 19 and they thought they had resolved the matter, but by Wednesday January 24 the entire county system was under siege, and continues to be in that state as of today.
We cannot search at all, either remotely or in house. The employees cannot even turn on their computers. Homeland Security and IT experts have been brought in to investigate and help fix this.
In the meantime I am making zero dollars. I saw a post from 2022 on here when this happened in Suffolk County, NY I think.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how long did it last and did searching procedures change significantly afterwards?” Sten said.
