HERE YOU GO MR. PRESIDENT
by Pentagon Pedophile Task Force on January 11, 2024 – USA
On January 10, 2024, President Donald J. Trump posted a message on Truth Social that said, “WHEN IN DOUBT, PUT IT OUT!!!”.
Acting in response to President Trump’s request and direction on Truth Social we are posting a selection of exhibits from several U.S. Court files that are relevant in matters presently being addressed by the U.S. Court of Appeals, as they pertain to “Presidential Immunity”.
The following pertains to the use of Seal Team 6 to commit war crimes, as well as violations of the Espionage Act.
On January 9, 2024, Judge Florence Y. Pan presented very specific hypotheticals regarding what, if any, limitations there are, on a sitting President, regarding acts committed while in official Office. Judge Pan was inquiring into whether a President can be prosecuted for some things, or alternatively, does the President enjoy sweeping Presidential Immunity? Judge Pan chose to use scenarios such as a sitting President selling military secrets (Espionage) or using SEAL TEAM 6 to assassinate a rival.
The scenarios presented by Judge Pan create a question that was already asked by a former Government judge, Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota, when Erickson sought relief from the U.S. Court due to kidnap, rape, torture, murder, and bestiality threats she and/or Timothy Charles Holmseth were receiving.
Filing made to the U.S. Court in Minnesota shows Plaintiff Erickson requested the Court rule on whether or not the U.S. Court had jurisdiction over the matter, or alternatively, due to the involvement of U.S. Military brass (e.g., Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley) and Navy Seals with death threats, did the matter fall under the jurisdiction of the United States Military. The U.S. Court dodged the issue and hid it from the American People.
Does the U.S. District Court of Appeals in Washington DC have the jurisdiction to hear and consider military and National Security matters such as the use of “Seal Team 6” or Espionage?
Here you go Mr. President.
