DHS Secretary Alejando Mayorkas is now saying the Department of Homeland Security, which funds FEMA and the U.S. Secret Service, has run out of money – but a BOMBSHELL recording of a call from October 2021 to the Texas Governor from a Minnesota commissioned officer reveals DHS was funding human trafficking and assassinations.
America is under internal attack and has been for at least three years.
In October of 2021, Randi Lynn Erickson, a former Administrative Tribunal judge from Minnesota telephoned the Office of the Texas Governor to alert Governor Abbott that FEMA funds were being routed to paramilitary assassins, human traffickers, and Navy SEALS through a federal program called “Operation Stone Garden”.
During the recorded call, Erickson alerted Texas Governor Abott that she was working on a “task force” and had reported death threats she received (SEE BELOW STORY) from former Navy SEAL TEAM 6 SNIPER Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer and others, including an FBI agent named Bob Hamer; a report that she had already made to the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) at Fort Campbell Army Base.

“I know that Operation Stone Garden is happening and right now in Texas and that’s why I’m calling you – Webb County has applied for the funds and has been granted the funds – they also are working in conjunction with Craig Sawyer who is Vets For Child Rescue and the reason for my call is Craig Sawyer has money out there for my murder,” Randi Erickson said.
Erickson explained to Abbott’s office that Craig Sawyer (Hillary Clintons personal bodyguard) was using federal funds to pay for ‘hits’ on his enemies and to post WANTED/REWARD posters for War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth.
“I’m following the money,” Erickson said, noting her professional background and how she knows exactly what to do regarding such misappropriations of funds.
Erickson is the escrow agent for federal RICO witness and Congressional Petitioner Jessie Marie Czebotar. Czebotar alleges that in the 1980’s she witnessed Craig Sawyer and Hillary Clinton torture 4 little girls to death – and that Clinton ripped the Pineal gland from one child’s head and ate it.
