War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth visited Delphi, Indiana in 2021. Holmseth posed in front of the Delphi city sign with his book to draw attention to an FBI agent named John Regan who he discussed in his book. Holmseth was interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI in 2010 and provided the FBI details about the FBI agent running a black-market baby sales operation through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC. Holmseth was deemed "credible" by Special Agent A.J. Eilerman. Holmseth has identified a core group of 15-20 individuals that are involved in nearly all high-profile murder and kidnapping cases involving children.
