I’ve watched this again and again. The military guy has an abnormal shape to his hand after the Illuminati handshake with Biden. That hand does appear to be holding something. Could not tell if or what was passed to Biden with the first handshake – view was blocked.
Also there were two uniforms of different colors that shook Biden’s hand. Second was a female. With all the filming there are people with this on camera to identify these people and analyze this.
