Here’s what’s happening.
On November 19, 2021, Randi Lynn Erickson sought relief from the U.S. Court in Minnesota after she, and Timothy Charles Holmseth, began receiving troves of kidnapping, torture, rape, and murder threats from men trained by U.S. Special Forces, as well as federal agents.
Court records show communications to Holmseth from Vice Admiral Charles W. Moore, calling upon the names General Mark Milley, General Michael Flynn, and President Trump.
According to U.S. Court records online, in the Minnesota case – 0:21-cv-02536 – Parties were “Randi Lynn Erickson, pro se. Brendan R. Tupa and Tim L. Droel, Droel PLLC, Bloomington, MN”.
U.S. Court records online said, “Randi Erickson is a resident of Elk River, Minnesota. Compl. at 1 [ECF No. 1]. Erickson alleges she is “a member of a task force created through a liaison to President Donald J. Trump operating under Joint Special Operations Command that gathers actionable intelligence of international crimes with the United States Army Intelligence Support Activity under the name Pentagon Pedophile Task Force.” Id. at 9. Erickson’s task-force role is to “gather intelligence and electronically communicate it to agencies.””
On August 26, 2022, TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS said, “ATTY THAT NAMED CANNIBAL PRESIDENTS IN U.S. COURT FILING AGAINT RANDI LYNN ERICKSON NO LONGER WITH DROEL LAW FIRM – – – Brendan Tupa drafted pleadings that said, “…and other high-profile individuals, such as Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, Joe Biden, Newt Gingrich, Dick Cheney, Dan Quayle, Mike Pence, John Kerry, Muammar Gaddafi, Amy Coney Barrett, and Elon Musk to name a few, as being involved in some Satanic cult that tortures, rapes, murders, and eats children.””
Erickson’s perplexing legal situation involved her attorney Steven Scott Biss, Virginia, who, as shown through communications and records, had been retained by Erickson’s family business for Tortious Interference etc., and subsequently a Civil RICO. Biss had been regularly assuring Erickson he was executing specific legal actions, but in reality, was not doing certain things that he said he was doing.
Steven Biss is the attorney of retired General Michael Flynn, Joe Flynn, the Flynn family, Devin Nunes, Dan Bongino, Kash Patel, CIA Robert David Steele, Timothy Charles Holmseth, former Truth and Taxation Judge Randi Lynn Erickson, and many others in the intelligence community.
Erickson’s filing included her records regarding her associate Christopher Edward Hallett, CEO, E~Clause LLC, who was murdered/assassinated in his Ocala, Florida home on November 15, 2020. Hallett’s murder was immediately blamed on Neely Petrie Blanchard and reported by the media as being connected to “Q” and/or “QAnon”. Hallett’s company conducted audits of Courts, identified emoluments violations, and reported to the U.S. Courts and U.S. Congress.
Erickson’s U.S. Court filings contain messages she received from Hallett regarding Field McConnell, Plum City, Wisconsin, who was arrested by Pierce County Sheriff’s deputies in November 2020. According to the boastings of a man online who calls himself “Agent 19”, he (Agent 19) (not a member of law enforcement) coordinated and conspired with deputies and others in Pierce County, Wisconsin, to snatch McConnell up in front of his radio studio in Plum City, based upon a warrant cooked up in Broward County, Florida.
FIELD MCCONNELL TARGETED TO SHUT HIM UP
At the time of his arrest, McConnell was working with E~Clause LLC and the “Pentagon Pedophile Task Force” to film interviews with parents who’d had their children kidnapped by Child Protective Services (CPS) whereupon the interviews were to be shown to President Donald J. Trump. Erickson’s filing contains a message she received from Hallett where Hallett said, ‘It appears Field [McConnell] stumbled into something bigger than the emoluments themselves“.
He sure did.
In 2023, Attorney Biss contacted his client Randi Lynn Erickson and told her the RICO he prepared was ready to be filed by an attorney in Minnesota. The RICO Complaint itself begins with the description of a rape, torture, murder, and cannibalism event committed by a Defendant trained by U.S. Special Forces who assisted Hillary Rodham Clinton in a murder, where multiple children had been chained to the floor and scalded with hot water. The RICO Complaint provides details from an eyewitness to the murder, Jessie Marie Czebotar, who Biss classified as a “witness”. Czebotar’s affidavits are filed with the U.S. Court, U.S. Army, Office of the Texas Governor, and Kirk L. Pendergrass, agent, E~Clause LLC.
In 2023, Jessie Czebotar said she had suddenly realized that before McConnell was arrested, she had been approached by people working with McConnell who had been calling themselves agents of the “Pentagon Pedophile Task Force”. Czebotar said agents/operatives were using names/images on video-calls that created the appearance she was transmitting evidence to President Donald J. Trump and U.S. Military Generals. Czebotar said she has since realized that there was “two” Pentagon Pedophile Task Forces, operating parallel to each other. Czebotar said she had been tricked. Czebotar said the “real” Pentagon Pedophile Task Force included Randi Erickson and the task force’s news reporter Timothy Holmseth, but that others had impersonated U.S. Government agents. Czebotar realized Holmseth and Erickson did not know about the “fake” task force.
On November 23, 2023, we reported “U.S. SECRETARY OF STATE BLINKEN ORDERED U.S. GOVERNMENT ATTORNEY’S COMPUTER STOLEN IN MIDNIGHT HOME BURGLARY (BINNALL LAW GROUP ACCUSED OF ESPIONAGE COVER-UP)“.
UPDATE
On December 1, 2023, Attorney Elliott P. Park filed a document with the U.S. District Court – Richmond, Virginia Division, regarding the law practice of Attorney Steven Scott Biss, Virginia. Park was responding to a subpoena that had been issued to him by the Court on October 30, 2023, requiring him to produce the mailing addresses and email addresses of “Kathy Steele” (wife of former CIA Agent Robert David Steele) and “Earth Intelligence Network”.

Steven S. Biss suffered a debilitating stroke on 16 August 2023, and the Charlottesville Circuit Court appointed me receiver on 20 September 2023. Sometime between Mr. Biss stroke and my appointment, someone broke into Mr. Biss’ office, searching through his files, leaving files in gross disarray, and possibly removing files and other items. I was able to access Mr. Biss’ office for the first time on Tuesday, 3 October 2023 at 0930. At that time, the office did not have a computer, although it had computer-related items (e.g. connecting cables, printers, and monitors) indicating that a computer had been there. Also, at that time, I was unable to find open or pending files. I have been investigating the location of the computer and the open, pending files which I believe contain contact information for Ms. Steele and Earth Intelligence Network. As recently as yesterday, I was able to obtain an e-mail address for Ms. Steele, and I have communicated with her by e-mail and telephone this morning. Finally, based on extensive, credible, and corroborating evidence fi-om various sources, including attorneys at the Virginia State Bar, Mr. Biss’ conservator, Mr. Biss s clients, Mr. Biss family, and me in my capacity as receiver, I believe I know who possesses Mr. Biss’ computer and open, pending files. The Virginia State Bar is currently preparing a motion seeking injunctive relief from the Charlottesville Circuit Court to obtain the computer and files, among other things.
My investigation continues, and I have intentionally omitted details of my investigation in this letter to avoid compromising the Virginia State Bar’s attempt to seek injunctive relief. However, if the Court has any questions or requires more details, I am willing to cooperate.
