I am processing evidence that shows the lawsuit filed on April 20, 2026, by the director of the FBI, PLAINTIFF KASHYAP P. PATEL against DEFENDANT(S) THE ATLANTIC MONTHLY GROUP LLC and SARAH FITZPATRICK, that also involves ASHLEY PARKER, that claims damages of $250 Million, is a money laundering scheme that is moving funds around through a racketeering enterprise that includes co-conspirators within the federal government and U.S. Courts (federal judge(s)), and BAR Association.
The racketeering enterprise involves criminal activity by Kash Patel’s filing attorneys at BINNALL LAW GROUP, Jesse R. Binnall, Jason C. Greaves, and Jared J. Roberts, who are accused of ESPIONAGE by Tanya Biss, the wife and paralegal of Patel’s other attorney, Steven Scott Biss (Biss Law Office, Charlottesville, VA), and Manuel Chavez III (aka DEFANGO) who states he (Chavez) is an employee of the “State Department” in Nevada.
