In the summer of 2020 William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida, filmed himself at the FBI building in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, where he reported that he had just met with FBI agents for “four hours” regarding what Murtaugh called “The Chaos Project” and/or “Operation Chaos”.
Murtaugh issued a veiled threat via his ‘FBI parking lot video’ to Timothy Charles Holmseth and his Power of Attorney, Christopher Edward Hallett, CEO, E~Clause LLC, Ocala, Florida, (Hallett was assassinated shortly thereafter on November 15, 2020, shot in the head in his kitchen). In 2019 Hallett issued a Lawful Notification of Process to President Donald Trump and Senator Lindsey Graham citing emolument violations in the four bogus criminal cases the STATE OF MINNESOTA brought against Holmseth to prevent Holmseth from reporting to the public what he told the Minneapolis FBI about an FBI-CIA agent named John Regan (aka FBI agent Bob Hamer), attorneys, and others, who were selling babies and kids for Jeffrey Epstein and through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC. Hallett also issued a Cease-and-Desist Order to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office in Minnesota that was served upon the Sheriff by former administrative tax judge Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota.
After leaving the FBI parking lot, Murtaugh proceeded North in his vehicle to Polk County, Minnesota where he filmed the former home of Timothy Charles Holmseth; filmed Holmseth’s old parking spot; filmed Holmseth’s former place of employment; filmed the Polk County Justice Center in Crookston, MN; and met with Rodney Hajicek at the East Grand Forks Police Department to discuss Holmseth (Holmseth no longer even lived in East Grand Forks, Minnesota).
During the same time-window in 2020 that Murtaugh was planning Operation Chaos with Minnesota FBI agents, Craig (Sawman) Sawyer, FBI agent Bob Hamer, U.S. Navy Vice Admiral Charles W. Moore, and James Hill, began a terror campaign against Holmseth under the protection of the FBI and other federal agencies that V4CR publicly stated they are working with at VETERANS FOR CHILD RESCUE INC.
