On May 1, 2026, conspirators that are plotting against President Donald Trump, in effort to escape prosecution for a litany of federal crimes, attempted to pull a fast-one by using the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Florida to make a decision on matters involving the 1st degree murder conviction of Neely Petrie-Blanchard.
The conspirators attempted to create the illusion that Neely Blanchard received a fair trial. The tactic and strategy of the conspirators was to have a ruling partially favorable in part to Blanchard – but ultimately constructed to cover-up the plot against President Donald Trump by having the Appeals Court decide Blanchard received a fair trial (which is a total lie).
The DECISION said, “Accordingly, Petrie-Blanchard’s judgment is AFFIRMED, but we REVERSE her sentence and REMAND for resentencing with either appointed counsel or waiver of the right to counsel”.

EVIDENCE SHOWS President Donald Trump is in danger in the State of Florida.
The source of the danger to President Trump is Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and rogue elements of the FBI, U.S. State Department, and the judicial system including members of the BAR – that are conspiring against the President of the United States.
BACKGROUND
The FBI began assassinating targets before the 2020 election. The first political assassination we know to be associated with FBI-CIA operative William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida is the death of Ocala, Florida Chief of Police Greg Graham who died in a plane crash on October 25, 2020.
The second political assassination we know to be associated with William Kevin Murtaugh and his co-conspirators at the Minnesota FBI and Florida BAR Association (a Florida Law Office), occurred on November 15, 2020, when Christopher Edward Hallett, CEO, E~Clause LLC, Ocala, Florida was assassinated in his Marion County, Florida home – shot multiple times with a kill shot to the head.
Before his assassination that happened shortly after the 2020 Election, Hallett had issued Lawful Notification of Process to President Donald Trump and Senator Lindsey Graham on behalf of FBI Jeffrey Epstein child sex trafficking witness Timothy Charles Holmseth regarding the plot between State of Florida and State of Minnesota to judicially kidnap Holmseth and railroad him to secure his silence.
In the same time window, Hallett identified “A template for the COVID financial source codes” and was “tracking source codes and shell corporations all over the globe”.
Hallett’s work ended on November 15, 2020, when he was murdered. The criminal investigation was tainted by the sudden untimely death of Ocala Police Chief Greg Graham. The murder investigation by Marion County was so completely pathetic that the two people who admitted to being with Hallett when he was shot (Shannon Mutter Tanis and her minor daughter) that neither were tested for gunpowder residue. It was Tanis and her daughter who implicated Blanchard – who was not at the scene.
The FBI plot kicked off immediately when law enforcement arrested their pre-determined patsy Neely Petrie Blanchard and the fake news labeled Blanchard the “QAnon mom”.
NEELY BLANCHARD DISCOVERS THE PLOT AGAINST PRESIDENT TRUMP INVOLVING HER OWN ATTORNEY JACK MARO
On March 28, 2024, the Ocala Star Banner reported, “Last week, Neely Raye Pesognellie Petrie Blanchard fired local defense lawyer Jack Maro because she said he was working with the FBI and doesn’t have her best interests in mind. The judge told Blanchard at a hearing held March 27 that her trial is set for April 15 with jury selection”.
Evidence shows Blanchard was tortured, raped, subjected to satanic rituals, and railroaded in Marion County, Florida where she was framed for 1st Degree Murder by conspirators who used her as a pawn in their plot to remove President Donald Trump from the presidential race, via a 5th BIDEN INDICTMENT, that would knock Trump out of the presidential race in 2024 – whereupon Ron DeSantis would be on the ticket.
On April 17, 2024, a recording of Blanchard appeared on the Web.
The recording was from a March 2024 telephone call between Blanchard and an investigative researcher who was assisting Blanchard, Alexandra Koukounakis, Canada.
Blanchard is heard on the Marion County Jail telephone system frantically communicating with Koukounakis, and asking for help, after discovering an email from her attorney Jack Maro that revealed a plot against PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP.
“I want to read this to you this is really important, okay, because I think I found the people that are going after Trump – I think it was right in front of my face the whole time and I hadn’t even realized it,” Blanchard said to Koukounakis. LISTEN TO ATTACHED VIDEO
Blanchard then began reading email content to Koukounakis she had received from her attorney Jack Maro.
“On June the 17th, 2021, he (Attorney Jack Maro) sent me a message – a letter – Dear Mrs. Petrie Blanchard I’m moving forward in development of our trial theory – I will be discussing the possible contributions regarding these potential expert witnesses. Keep this un-said for now, respectfully yours Jack R. Maro,” Blanchard said reading email content to Koukounakis.
“Okay so I go back in – he sent a message to Joseph E. and then that last name (Uscinski) – his email address is uscinski@miami.edu – okay he’s a political science professor – he said ‘Good afternoon – I represent Neely Petrie-Blanchard in a murder case out of Marion County, you can Google it for details. I’d like to discuss QAnon issues with you – this is something that’s worked its way into my theory of trial defense – please advise if you would consider speaking with me, thank you,” Blanchard said, reading to Koukounakis.
Blanchard said Uscinski replied to Maro and said, “Sure”.
Blanchard then told Koukounakis about the next “witness” Brooke Binkowski. Blanchard said Maro sent the “same exact email” to Binkowski. “She writes back, Dear Jack. I would be very interested to speak with you – I’m familiar with her case – you can reach me at 619 – 337 – 5043. Note – I’m probably going to say things that sound completely surreal at best and like I need an intervention at worst but if you’re familiar with QAnon as a concept, you’re likely already expecting that,” Blanchard said, reading to Koukounakis.
“Okay, next one. He sends me this Wikipedia okay. The Wikipedia was pulled on June the 16th, 2021. It says Steven Hassan – I need you to look him up, okay. As soon as we get off the phone, I need you to look these people up. It was Steven Alan Hassan – he has a picture of him on Wikipedia of him at the State Department. Okay he wrote a book in October 2019 “The Cult of Trump” the leading cult expert explains how the President uses mind control…” Blanchard said to Koukounakis.
Evidence shows the Hallet assassination and 1st Degree Murder Conviction of Neely Blanchard was strategically developed by the FBI, CIA, U.S. State Department, and others including Florida attorneys wherein Neely Blanchard was going to claim, “temporary insanity” which would be attributed to “mind control” and “cult leader” tactics by President Trump. The illusion that Trump is a “cult leader” and involved with “QAnon” was going to be created by Attorney Jack Maro’s so-called expert witnesses who claim to be experts in cults, conspiracies, and mind control.

SPOILER ALERT and DETAILS of the DIABOLICAL PLOT
In March 2024, Neely Petrie-Blanchard terminated her attorney Jack Maro after she realized Maro was conspiring against her with the FBI and others, and that together with those others, had developed a Defense Theory in her case that involved calling several anti-Trumpers as “expert witnesses” who were going to testify about QAnon, mind-control, Sovereign Citizens, and cults. While Blanchard appeared to support a defense of insanity, she clearly did NOT plan to say she was insane due to “QAnon”, nor did she seek to attack President Donald Trump. Emerging documents recently filed by Blanchard reveal Blanchard has been laser-focused on what is called the Havana Syndrome. It appears Maro was deceiving his client Blanchard into believing the truth about what happened at the Christopher Hallett residence on November 15, 2020, was going to be addressed, and that whatever truly happened was going to be a viable temporary insanity defense. Blanchard’s focus on Havana Syndrome indicates something occurred at the Hallett residence that may have involved a Directed Energy Weapon (DEW). Maro’s deceptive practices involving Blanchard effectively caused the false impression to be made that Blanchard, by pleading insanity, was admitting she murdered Hallett. However, that is not true. Blanchard was under the impression that the use of secret technology was going to come out in open court. Meanwhile, as Blanchard watched as one year after another passed, Maro and the FBI diabolically exploited Blanchard as they planned to launch a “QAnon” focused defense that would claim Blanchard was driven insane by “sovereign citizens” and “QAnon” “cult members”.
Below are the names Blanchard discovered in a letter she received from Maro, where Maro advised he contacted these individuals to be “expert witnesses” in their Defense Strategy. Maro told Blanchard to keep the information secret.
Joseph E. Uscinski, Brooke Binkowski, and Steven Alan Hassan were Maro’s “expert witnesses”.
Uscinski is the author of several books including Conspiracy Theories and the People Who Believe Them, published in 2018.
Binkowski is a former employee of the website SNOPES – a website that has link for the public to “SUBMIT A RUMOR”.
Hassan is an author and published The Cult of Trump: A Leading Cult Expert Explains How the President Uses Mind Control.
THE BIDEN INDICTMENTS and THE FIFTH THAT FIZZLED
On March 21, 2023, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged President Donald Trump with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in the first degree in what is known as the “Stormy Daniels” “Hush Money” case.
On June 9, 2023, news outlets reported President Trump had been indicted by a federal Grand Jury with 37 charges – most of which alleged violations of the Espionage Act stemming from documents seized from Trump after the infamous FBI raid of Mar-A-Lago.
On August 1, 2023, President Trump was indicted by Special Counsel Jack Smith for what has become known as the January 6 case. Trump faces four charges: conspiracy to defraud the United States; conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding; obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding; and conspiracy against rights.
On August 14, 2023, President Trump and 18 others were indicted by a Grand Jury in Fulton County, Georgia on allegations of election fraud, racketeering and other charges related to alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
With the polls showing DeSantis and Haley having no path to victory against Trump, people began to wonder why DeSantis and Haley refused to bow out.
The reason is because DeSantis and Haley were waiting for the big news about the “QAnon Mom” and the “cult of Trump” that drove Neely Blanchard insane.
But the press release never came.
The big bombshell never came because during that time period, a woman from Toronto, Canada named Alexandra Koukounakis began having video and telephone conversations with Blanchard who is being held in Marion County. Blanchard told Koukounakis that her attorney, Jack Maro, was communicating with FBI Murtaugh. Koukounakis advised Blanchard that Murtaugh was wearing FBI clothes and airing Livestreams where he was publicly saying Blanchard is “guilty”.

On May 1, 2026, the Florida 5th District Court of Appeals DECIDED on an appeal filed on behalf of Neely Petrie-Blanchard, Appellant, v. State of Florida, Appellee.
Blanchard was convicted [framed] of first-degree murder after Christopher Edward Hallett, CEO, E~Clause LLC, was assassinated on November 15, 2020, in his Ocala, FL home – shot in the head.
“For three and a half years, Petrie-Blanchard was represented by private counsel, but a month before trial she dismissed her attorney and sought to represent herself. The trial court conducted an adequate Faretta 2 inquiry and allowed her to proceed pro se,” the Court said.
“Accordingly, Petrie-Blanchard’s judgment is AFFIRMED, but we REVERSE her sentence and REMAND for resentencing with either appointed counsel or waiver of the right to counsel,” the Court said.

The plot was to paint Blanchard in a sympathetic light by claiming TRUMP drove Blanchard insane.

After leaving the FBI parking lot, Murtaugh proceeded North in his vehicle to Polk County, Minnesota where he filmed the former home of Timothy Charles Holmseth; filmed Holmseth’s old parking spot; filmed Holmseth’s former place of employment; filmed the Polk County Justice Center in Crookston, MN; and met with Rodney Hajicek at the East Grand Forks Police Department to discuss Holmseth (Holmseth no longer even lived in East Grand Forks, Minnesota).
During the same time-window in 2020 that Murtaugh was planning Operation Chaos with Minnesota FBI agents, Craig (Sawman) Sawyer, FBI agent Bob Hamer, U.S. Navy Vice Admiral Charles W. Moore, and James Hill, began a terror campaign against Holmseth under the protection of the FBI and other federal agencies that V4CR publicly stated they are working with at VETERANS FOR CHILD RESCUE INC.
