PRESS RELEASE
Today I contacted Attorney Elliott P. Park and Attorney Tenley Carroll Seli regarding an Order of Receivership pertaining to the files of my attorney, Steven Scott Biss, who reportedly suffered a stroke.
I issued a CEASE AND DESIST and advised the attorneys I challenge the Order, which appears to have been issued by a local judge regarding my federal court files.
I attached my PLAINTIFF’S AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH REGARDING VIOLATIONS OF THE ESPIONAGE ACT that was filed in Tennessee federal court shortly before Attorney Biss suffered the alleged stroke, whereupon his office was broken into and ransacked, and computer is missing.
I advised the attorneys that Tanya Biss (Steven Biss’ wife) advised me that her husband is a “spy”.
I advised that Tanya Biss mentioned Biss’ clients, retired General Michael Flynn and former Chair of the House Intelligence Committee Devin Nunes.
I advised I will be making a filing into the U.S. Court on this matter.
