Documents filed in a RICO action in Tennessee contain a sworn statement from Timothy Charles Holmseth that a man from Bend, Oregon named David Lester Straight told him he was meeting with Attorney Lin Wood on January 6, 2021 in Washington DC. Straight told Holmseth they were going to hang Vice President Mike Pence and members of Congress if they didn’t do what they wanted.
