The article featured an online media release by a Web personality named Manuel Chavez (a.k.a. Defango) that high-profile attorney Steven Scott Biss had suffered a stroke.
We had previously reported on July 12, 2023, “U.S. COURT & ESPIONAGE ACT: U.S. Army General, House Intelligence Chair, CIA operative, & BAR Association attorney believed to have harvested and transferred ABOVE TOP SECRET Military documents to Foreign Power“.
The developing story then revealed that Attorney Biss’ wife, Tanya Biss, contacted TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS and provided several detailed statements about her husband. Tanya Biss said her husband is a “spy” involved with “espionage” and “murders”.

Manual Chavez (Defango) recently logged into his You Tube Livestream and said he possesses all of Attorney Steven Biss’s law office files. I possess “basically fucking everything,” Chavez said.
Steven Biss is the attorney of retired General Michael Flynn, Joe Flynn, the Flynn family, Devin Nunes, Dan Bongino, Kash Patel, CIA Robert David Steele, Timothy Charles Holmseth, former Truth and Taxation Judge Randi Lynn Erickson, and many others in the intelligence community.
Joe Flynn, the brother of retired General Michael Flynn, as well as their other brother, active U.S. Army General Charles A. Flynn, publicly stated Manuel Chavez (Defango) and his associates are the progenitors of the psychological operation called “Q” and/or “QAnon”.
